I am starting to worry we won’t get anything from the Mandalore arc

New blue AAT sounds nice, I preferred the size of the older ones but not a big deal, the 2015 one still looks nice. Hopefully we’ll get some decent figs with it and not just Battle Droids. I’m actually looking forward to this set

I agree, I feel like every time people say Lego definitely won’t do something, Lego does it. I personally see no reason why the boathouse won’t happen at some point. They don’t have to make it Snape’s death scene. We all know Lego tends to mix and match scenes with locations and minifigures when it suits them (Basilisk in the GH, Dumedore’s office in the Clock Tower, etc.). Everyone said they definitely won’t make a GOF Death Eater because of the underlying KKK insinuation, but here we are.

I still think it has been a hint with the last few large UCS sets but they stopped doing it

Since Ron and Dobby was one rumor and Fred and George was another, I wonder if all four will be included

I really hope they keep releasing MBS style sets even if they don’t use that title for them. I love the big playsets with lots of minifigs, they’re great for exclusive variants and collectibility

I have the previous AT-AT but I have no issue with this news, I’ll gladly get another one, there are always ways to improve sets. Seems a little expensive but I’ll bite the bullet for one of the most iconic vehicles in movie history

As cool as the previous Durmstrang Ship was, I actually think there’s room for a lot of improvement. The set is from 2005 for crying out loud, it can definitely be improved

Prices are all we have to go on right now, so the only way to speculate is to try and figure out what potential sets could match the prices we have.

X-Wings are $90 now and an ARC-170 is much bigger than an X-Wing so I would think it would be around $130-$150 these days

This is supposed to be a lot smaller than that. Plus I imagine a Disney license costs more than WB

I don’t think a D2C is unlikely this year but I do think we should check our expectations. I’m only saying this because I do it to myself far too often and then I end up focusing on what we didn’t get as opposed to all the great stuff we did get

He also said Privet Drive was The Burrow so he obviously didn’t know what he was talking about. I would take everything he said with a large grain of salt

I feel like some people are giving very specific wishlists with very specific minifigures and that’s a great way to set yourself up for disappointment Yes, it’s nice to have them confirmed now

Really nice to see we’re getting more sets (still taking it with a grain of salt until more sources corroborate it). Hopefully we get names soon although I don’t think we got any info on last year’s August wave until the official reveal if I remember correctly Honestly I think Grimmauld Place would work easily in Lego. It’s more a matter of what they want to prioritize. I’m not sure they would want two house builds on shelves at the same time. People might end of choosing between Grimmauld Place and Privet Drive because of the similar themes.

I would imagine he just means the prequels are finally getting some more love but that the choices are all pretty standard prequel era stuff. As long as we don’t get a Droid Gunship, AT-AP, or Spider Walker I’ll be happy with the wave I’m sure I would honestly love Obi-Wan’s blue Jedi Interceptor to go with Grievous’ fighter. Jedi Interceptors are pretty safe. Honestly, if people like MandR want to have a whining movement about something, make a #wewantboga

I’m no expert but leaks will typically be very spread out at any point between now and the official reveals. There aren’t going to be new pieces of information every day, there are always dry spells and then another piece of info comes in. There’s really no rhyme or reason with it

Personally I hope so, just so we can get it done, and move on. It’s still the only one we’re missing (unless you count a U-Wing)

Exactly, I think the other shows didn’t perform as well because they were being compared by fans to The Clone Wars, same reason for sets not selling super well. Clone Wars is very popular, I already know I’ll buy anything Lego releases from TCW and I’m sure a lot of people are the same. I still don’t think we’ll get a lot from it this year. Maybe a few? And hopefully if there’s some level of success they’ll do more

I’m not gonna lie, if all we get is Ahsoka and Maul I’ll be satisfied enough. But I think it will be a little more. Just a little. I think the only way I’ll be truly upset is if we don’t get Maul

There’s another book with yet another year one Harry in his school sweater. I wonder when we’ll see the book with the exclusive figure. I think it releases in July but I hope we see info on it before then

If I had to guess I would say there will probably be two or three. I would guess maybe one centered around Obi-Wan, one centered around Anakin, and one centered around Ahsoka. Just a complete guess so I won’t go on about it. It just would seem to make sense
