Regardless of whether it’s really a spoiler or not, it’s just common courtesy to drop it if people would rather not know anything coming up. It’s not really relevant to a lego 2020 discussion so it’s not necessary to talk about it. There’s no reason not to be considerate about it

My view is that when something is announced like this, it’s fair game. The actress and multiple news sources have announced it. Therefore, fair game, and not a spoiler. I can’t stand spoilers and people who post them but this is definitely different. I think it’s an odd choice for them not to make it a surprise but they chose not to so there you go. That being said, out of courtesy to others on here who obviously disagree, it’s not gonna hurt anyone to just not talk about it anymore.

I see what you’re saying and I agree the lack of small to medium HBP sets is a bit odd. I’m very interested to see what the $100 set is. If it’s The Burrow then I really hope we finally get our fill of Weasleys between that and Diagon Alley

As much as I’m looking forward to this wave, we are once again going to be missing the climactic scenes from each movie (Ministry battle and Inferi Cave). I suppose one could argue that the Astronomy Tower counts but the fact that it doesn’t include any characters from that scene (except maybe Harry depending on the version we get) makes it not count in my opinion

Everything about getting new HP waves is amazing but for me I think the most exciting thing is seeing what the new Hogwarts sections look like each year. I can’t wait to see the design of the Astronomy Tower

I’m very interested to see what Grawp looks like. I think the description said he’s brick built which has me worried considering the other brick built creatures in this reboot (not counting FB). I think a mold similar to the cave troll would have been better but the budget went to the centaurs which I am perfectly fine with.

My work hasn’t been affected yet, but I suppose it’s only a matter of time. I remodel kitchens and bathrooms so when people stop wanting us in their house, that’s when my Lego budget drops

If the buildable Hedwig was $70 or something stupid like that I would pass on it but it’s only supposed to be like $40 according to reports. That manageable, it’s worth it for an exclusive figure and a nice build, especially if it’s discounted

I’m glad they stuck with the dual molded short legs for Dobby, I honestly thought this version wouldn’t have them. Of course it does kind of feel like a wasted CMF spot now but several of them are bound to overlap in sets so I don’t really mind. I like the Harry minifig and I agree it’s got to be the exclusive figure with Hedwig. Very nice. The blue gloves are a nice touch (great catch by @THELEGOBATMAN) but they look slightly odd on the figure. Still very nice though, I hope more leaks follow

Yeah that’s the exact same hair piece I used for my custom Neville figures, I think it works really well

I feel like the problem with the Stormtrooper helmet is that the mouth is too high. I might get it and try to lower it to make it look better

I haven’t heard anything about these, I guess we’ll have to wait and see if his source pans out. Personally, I’m very very skeptical of his information, but then again he was right about Vader’s Castle and we all thought that was nonsense when he said it so who knows

Honestly I think the TIE pilot is the best out of the three helmets, it actually looks really good

A leaker on IG who has seen them said they are awesome and that we’ll like them a lot, so I would imagine it’s not the Trolls mold or he would have mentioned it

Sis? I’m a dude. Just thought I should clear that up. Also, I’m not saying it’s impossible. We got a crappy version of Dumbledore’s office in the Great Hall with the sorting hat stand and Fawkes perch, and then we got a real version in the Clocktower. The same could happen with the Gryffindor common room. But that doesn’t mean that the Whomping Willow version isn’t suppose to be it for now. They only had room for the beds but for now, that’s what we get
