    All I’m saying is this discussion is about Lego. And there’s plenty Europe gets that the US doesn’t, this shouldn’t turn into everyone comparing their countries. And there’s no need to get nasty, I’m not angry at you personally, I’m pissed at TLG because, yes, this is ridiculous, just like it was ridiculous they weren’t released at the same time last year. And I do think the whole “HP is a British franchise so the U.K. should get everything first” is a ridiculous argument. There are plenty of “American franchises” that Lego releases to everyone

    Dumbest argument I’ve ever heard. By that logic, Star Wars is a space franchise and astronauts should get the sets first. Europe also gets plenty the US doesn’t, like triple VIP points

    If it makes any difference at all, the Whomping Willow set does look much nicer in person, pictures really don’t do it justice, it really is a nice set

    If you’re a completionist, then I would get the Aragog set for those versions of Harry and Ron as it’s so cheap and then I would also BL Hermione’s torso from the Express and then use Harry’s new tan medium legs and a POA head and hair for her

    This set has to be a day one buy for me. Between this, the Tantive IV and the Jurassic Park D2C, not to mention the full Harry Potter wave, I’m gonna be broke. I’ll rack up those VIP points though

    People who aren’t trustworthy with leaked images always ruin it for those of us who are. It’s getting really frustrating. The problem is people posted it all over IG and now there will be consequences for the Lego community as a whole, and leaks will be even harder to come by. Also, now Lego stores will likely not get early shipments of sets so there’s a big chance that a lot of stores won’t have the stock on release day
