Does anyone know the technique for doing this? Ive seen some videos of people doing it, but they don't explain how to master it! I got a Black Fedora with a gray band round the crown of it yesterday and I would love to know how to pop it. You know the one where it rolls up the arm onto your head. So, Anyone have a easy way to do this?

Still, It would have helped, I thought you could do it up with all the money you made from trading! -
Nay, He be a traitor. Why do you think he is deserted in a barrel? He is no good to anyone...When we find him, We will hang him high! :pir-skull:

Looks like a very nice ship! But somehow the interior just looks a big plain. I didn't think they used Brown decking, I thought it was mostly tan. Also the Cabins were usually more elaborate in the Royal Navy. Yeah, We had class... -
Its not endless. 1 Supreme compared to your many supremes. Fin.

Ok, Firstly the figurehead should often relate to the name of the ship. Or you could have a look at the contest we had for Figureheads. Secondly, the lanterns. I would try this thread which discusses the diffrent lantern techniques. Thirdly, for Cannons i'd search Brickshelf folders I found or Eurobricks indexes of MOCs for ideas. Forth, Rigging. I'd advise you to use Captain Greenhairs tutorial. And for sails I would go to a cloth shop, like a tailors. Fifth, I'd search these Captains Cabin contest entries for furniture ideas. EDIT: Sixth, To make minifigures look good i'd try the Great Pirate Torso Library. Any further questions, just ask.

Thank you!

Yes but the King controls the country. He has given me the position of Admiral of the Fleet to control the navy. I simply say "We think its a good idea to crush the french at Cape Trafalgar" he says "Yes" and then we crush them.
-
And thats a bad thing to be rich? And, you have supremes? Wahahahaha!

The British are against French, Dutch and Americans and just plain Bluecoats.
-
Thats a perfect example of what we need. Just say who your allies with, and who your enemies with.

Ok, This is related to the "Which are you?" thread of mine. I would like to know, what countrys are at war with what factions and who is at peace. So if you are a member of the faction, could you please post whether you are at war with any other faction. Just so we know who to include in MOCs, Who to destroy in MOCs. e.t.c. The list of Factions: Pirates! Merchants! Spaniards! Mermaids! Privateers! British! French! Blue Coats! Red Coats! Other (please specify) For I am a British Redcoat, however I am half-portuguese. So I am not a war with the Spanish people. However I am at war with the French and Bluecoats. However obviously everyone would be hostile towards Pirates. But Privateers depend on the country of origin. Merchants also depend on the country of origin. Mermaids could sink ships by throwing spears under the hull. So they are not all cute. So, Are you at Peace or War?

Yes the Americans helped us. And I for one and glad the United States was formed. If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't have someone to start all these hundreds and hundreds of wars. I thank you. Nah Im just joking. America has given us some great people, great places. But I can't say Good cars...

Very nice! Don't let the kids get a hold of that precious lego! What set is that dress from?

Could you make me some Crew Decals? Some of the Crew members (Not Russel Crowe or the Midshipmen) with the ragged shirts and such. Also could you make me some bare chested people? Mabye one hairy, one with a tatoo, one muscley, one fat. Like this: Any questions on the request just tell me. Thank you.

I don't like dogs. Thats not to say they aren't nice, its just. I don't like how they are really big and panting whilst up at your face. However Cats are not much easier when it comes to Lego. Theres hairs everywhere on my sets because my cat "Dinika" (she was named by our old neighbour) comes up and sits on little bits of Lego on my bed, doesn't seem to mind. Then when she gets up, all hair gets on my pieces! I guess dogs won't moult fur as much but they are scary and big. When I was round my friends house, I stayed over and his dog jumped on the matress, crushed my chest and licked my face. Then got off. I'd hate if he fell asleep on my chest. Man was he heavy! Sometimes if my cat sees a small crumb of food or something on my floor, she might try eat it, then once I pick it up, she will go for anything small on the floor, she tryed to eat a 1 x 1 round tile and a minifigs head the other day! However If I have to be honest, I am the one that chews some of my lego, well I used to. See when Lego Heads get fully jammed on a torso, you try bit them off. But it really doesn't help.

Well you see all these adverts like Vanish Oxy Max and other stuff. I think if the sails are cloth you can clean them the same way as you do with Clothes. Obviously not in a washing machine but mabye a sink. Others proberbly have a easier way.

For the Scotland, For the United Kingdom, For the Bluecoats! I think next you should try focus on the scots faces to make them really scary to see charging: You need them with lots of facial hair and facial expression! Then we shall destroy the Bluecoats.

I would suggest to make a stone staircase on the side of the ridge. Just put 2 x 4 dark gray bricks to make a stairs, then case the stairs with the apporiate amount of White bricks so it looks like a solid stairs.

Indeed! Say no to Bluecoats!

Could we have: A original looking Musket: Mabye a better looking Foot Artillery (Thinner, smaller cannon): The normal cannons look really out of place on a carraige. Especially since they have a red support which isn't needed on artillery. New Plumes: As in michaelozzie created. But in plastic to fit on Bicornes. Windows exactly like this: Because we need windows with at least 2 supports in the glass rather than the original. It looks more realistic. Bayonets as previously said. How about some more "Chrome Gold" looking treasure. Not the gold lego uses now. Its not Gold enough. How about some Golden Nuggets?: Because it would make a good variety of treasure. It would stop people resulting to buying Playmobil just to get some shiny treasure. How about Metallic Silver Conquistador helmets? (Amazingly, I thought this up before I saw this on Brickshelf, Someone made a Metallic Silver Spaniard helmet and my sig-figs face on!): You could use the Metallic Silver armour (Knight armour) with it and make a Spanish! All the equipment here would help: A big map, Hand-Held compass, a new backstaff, a smaller book and a Bottle of Rum! Ill add more as they come to me. -
