Cool. I really like the use of the dinosaur tail as a tree trunk. However you could improve he following: 1. I wouldn't mix SNOT with upright building in this particular MOC for the sand. It looks as though it is there just for the sake of incorporating SNOT into the model and doesn't really serve any purpose. 2. I think you should get rid of the roof tiles on the sand. They would be fine for a rocky beach, but when you say it represents a peach in the Caribbean, the sand on those beaches is a smooth as silk and so would never form in rocky clumps like that. 3. The pirate is stabbing the soldier in a very strange way. I think rather than have the hand protecting peice facing the camera, have the sword the other way. Other than that, this is a fantastic MOC and you are certainly in the running for a prize. And I really look foward to seeing the finnished large MOC. It looks awesome so far. And I don't know if you can do this as the entries must be exclusive to Classic-Pirates.com until the competition is over (I think), but I think it would be pretty neat if in your large entry you had some sort of small island with this small entry in it.

Yes. It does. A sloop in easy terms (for Mister Phes) is a skinny long ship with sloop rigging. That is neither of those things. But I do like the way you have used non lego parts here.

Is that me - I'm not dead! How flattering. I really like the way you have; 1. Built the crumbling wall. 2. Used a flame peice for the canons. 3. Included me not dead - unless it was a fluke in which case I will have your guts for gartis! Things that could be improved; 1. The buildings could have backs. At the moment they look very basic and empty. You could probably detail the interier too. 2. Some of the tile blood could become transparent red plates - look more realistic. 3. Make the fort less symmetrical - It just seems very LEGOish and non-realish the way you have it now. All said though, you have done a very good MOC and I look foward to seeing the finnished product. I got my titles in rather humiliating situations. My first title, Lord Admiral Wannabe, came when I became a frontpager and arrogantly said "where's my title that says Lord Admiral?" And I got it. Then, I annoyed Sinner by saying that no-one needed the opinion of a walrus. Hence, my current title Walrus disrespecting pirate. I must stop bagging out the admins like that!
