A very good ship. I think it would be best if there were a yellow railing running the length of the ship to make it look balanced out. Well done anyway. Regards, Captain Zuloo

It's "A Pirate Life" Promotional Images
Captain Zuloo replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
How about we don't hate anyone. If we don't all stop this squabling and a guest that has never been on EB reads this thread, I don't think that would be a great first impression. Let's just settle at this: Some EB members have special privlages and they shouldn't abuse them. Other members don't have special privlages and they shouldn't abuse the members with them. Regards, Captain Zuloo -
Ha! I love the soup spoon! The cauldron works well, but I think I like the proper cauldron from the Harry potter series better. A good idea for a small MOC. Regards, Captain Zuloo

Very good. It has long been an admired skill to MOC a sea monster in an original way, so we all admire you and your efforts! Regards, Captain Zuloo

I would never have thought of that. Great work. Usually I don't like space/pirate MOC's but this one is quite humerous. Regards, Captain Zuloo

I beg to differ. I'm glad you corrected yourself, as that picture will help many MOCers who didn't look at wikipedia so they didn't have to read through the article. Not that I'm that lazy. Regards, Captain Zuloo

PICTORIAL REVIEW: 6285 Black Seas Barracuda
Captain Zuloo replied to Capn Frank's topic in LEGO Pirates
I like this set heaps. Although when you are publishing a pictorial review, you need to be more careful as to make sure you use ' or " instead of ? Good job anyway. Regards, Captain Zuloo -
I really like it. It is a very sleek looking vessel but I think maybe a grand total of 6 cannons wouldn't go astray. Anyway, welcome to EB. Regards, Captain Zuloo

Hello and welcome to the forum. Firstly may I start by saying that to make a good brickfilm you will probably need a budget of a couple of hundred dollars AUD a large amount of spare time. For instance you will need a program for capturing, editing, sound recording, sound editing, charoma keying (blue/ green screening), special effects, video conversion, sound conversion, audio/ sound effects library etc. HERE is a list of programs that you could use. However, if you think you have the patience to follow through with your film then THIS is a fantastic site to look on. It is however a few dollars a month to join but I have been asking some of the EB administrators about starting a new free brickfilming forum on EB. If you ever need any help with your brickfilming needs, e-mail me on your EB e-mail. Anyway, welcome to the forum and I hope that my new forum will be up shortly. I hope this has helped you. Regards, Captain Zuloo

Not very LEGO-ish, but who cares. Just make sure you don't go crazy with non-lego pirate stuff on EB everyone! I just made a new account. Thanks for letting me know about it. Regards, Captain Zuloo

Congratulations you two! The EB forum just got a whole heap better. But may I enquire as to how to contribute to classic-pirates.com? Regards, Captain Zuloo

I like it. From that tiny little picture of which there is one of, I think the roof of the building on the left uses the same hand design as Nasseu Port. Would I be right? The ship huull is a bit too tall for the mast height, but other than that it is cool. Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D

I love it. Very um.... interesting. The hills are a little fake, and I think I like studs in a lego model as it makes it look more lego-ish, but I really like it. Well done. Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D

Thanks. I havn't had chance to use these yet, but hey. I'm sure I will some day. Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D

Preference of Imperial Guard Epaulette colour
Captain Zuloo replied to Peg Leg Pascoe's topic in LEGO Pirates
In my opinion the yellow look more majestic and royal if you know what I mean. After all they are navy so if you were the king would you prefer to have your troops look like mismatched soldiers or grand and mighty forces? I'd go the latter. If you want to go historically correct as I often do, the English marines wich look like the gaurds, didn't wear epaulettes at all. they just wore the coats. Only the offiers uniforms were epauletted (is that even a word?) Good idea for a topic anyway. Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D -
Imperial Harbour with a very interesting difference
Captain Zuloo replied to Mister Phes's topic in Pirate MOCs
Well. Um... Lets just say that the creator has a very er- different look on things. I can't say I like it mach because as you all probably know, I like pirate/imperial navy MOC's to be realistic. A good effort though. Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D -
Although I like the Imperial Soldiers (blue) better than the Imperial Guards (red), I think that the Imperial Flagship is better as it has a much more realistic appearence. I mean, what ship has the shrouds at the back of the mast? The sails on the Caribbean Clipper are cooler though. Makes a firring rival for the mighty Black Seas Barracuda! Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D

Not just the best Xebeck on EB, but ever made. Who made it again? Was it Mr Tiber? Whoever it was, Great Job! Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D

"A Pirate's Life!" Contest - Discussion Thread
Captain Zuloo replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Pirates
Fantastic idea for a contest. I just started building my entry. Hey is the prize pirate lego, soldier lego, armada lego, guard lego or islander lego? I think with a prize like that, we'll get some very good entries- a lot of them too! Good work! Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D -
EB Pirates Episode 2 - Welcome to Port Paraiso!
Captain Zuloo replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in Pirate MOCs
Fabulous! Awsome. Although by making the French hang the Brittish captain, it makes them seem less hero-like. Otherwise it was awsome! Hey if it is EB pirates, then can you please add in Captain Zuloo next time? Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D -
Does that mean that you can use it as a play model as well as a decorative model? Captain Zuloo :-D Edit by Phred: Fixed the Quote. Also, please don't double post too often; go back and edit the previous post if no one has replied in a new topic. Thanx.

Don't know how you will manage that as a 50 gun ship but hey. Would 50 guns be a 3rd rate or a 4th rate ship? Oh and what nationality is it. The good old Great Brickish or the Frogs?I can't wait for pics. Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D

Guide to the Pirate Mini-Figures - The Complete Series
Captain Zuloo replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
Ha! Grea work. All the others are awsome too. I don't know about those black curves though. A bit sus but hey. Good work. Regards, Captain Zuloo :-D -
I love the captain. Finaly someone else that agrees that pirate hats without the skull and crossbones look good for imperial navy men. Hope that face doesn't mean a ship turned pirate though.... Well done! Regards, Captain Zuloo
