    True minifig scale? I would go with the outside dimensions for that. Due to minifigs being wider than human. And it feels as if SW sometimes have one scale for outside and another for the inside. As if it was 1:1 outside and 1,3:1 inside, aka, inside bigger than outside. Ohh! you're the one that built the amazing Scimitar!

    Sequel Trilogy, Andor, Solo. What years were they released? + Wasn't that a LOT of minifig-scaleish sets and buildable minifigs 2016-2018? Maybe LEGO saw that it was too many?
