Does anyone know of a good pair of legs for comic book falcon? I was looking for some red legs with dual mould white boots but the only ones I can find are on Captain Hook and I'd rather avoid the hassle of removing the printing. Anyone know of an alternative?

Doubtful that they're bricktober packs, unless the bricktober pack is being rebranded for the LEGO store instead of for Toys'R'Us Jaws was codename for the Boost Droids, the only link between droids and Jaws is the fact that George Lucas created droids and Steven Spielberg directed Jaws, and the two of them have collaborated on Indiana Jones This is most likely true, but yeah I'd also like something with figs. Maybe some sort of diorama with figures. Music = stage with band. Art = Gallery with artists? Disney and marvel could be anything

Interesting. The only link between droids and Jaws are George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. And that's a pretty tenuous link... So IF all LEGO codenames are as random or obscure as that, then I can't see how zebra could mean mosaic. There's no link there that I can see zebra>safari>display>diorama? zebra>zoo>menagerie>collection>minifig collection? (don't know how music or art could fit into that) zebra>animals>mech>mech>mech>mech>MECH??? (no) zebra>savanna>plain>boring?

Does anyone know of any codenames LEGO has used in the past? And if so what did they end up being? This could give us an idea as to how much the codename zebra actually relates to the theme in reality. Personally I think zebra is a totally random word and doesn't indicate anything black & white or mosaic Also someone on instagram commented that the head people are calling Black Panther looks like Moon Knight. I personally don't think it is, but would make a great custom piece for him

Yeah that's what I've done, but the little OCD kid in me wants an official LEGO one. Especially considering the face print could be really nice with his beard braid. Also I'd like a more muted colour for the hair, the yellow works but it a bit too bright

Maybe it's just a preference thing, but I personally didn't mind I mean yeah that would look awesome, but so would a scale suit Cap and fat Thor in my minifig display

The fact that the Nano Gauntlet is in this set would be the reason the remaining stones are in it too. Just like how the compound was the only one in the first wave to have any stones Yeah this is what I'd always thought. I've checked out the head in question and I doubt it's BP at this point I'd hope they wouldn't do that twice in one theme. With Cap's bike in the first wave it would be a kick in the teeth to get another similar bike Does anyone know if we're any closer to getting a clue as to what the Marvel Zebra set is? I'd like to know why some people are convinced it's a mosaic, am I missing something?

I've only seen it once so maybe my memory is failing me but I thought it looked quite a lot like him. But then those Ninjago villains that came in the most recent character pack looked like they could pass for BP too, so I doubt the leak is him

It was my understanding that the sets were officially based on animated shows I'm still holding on to hope that this is right. As much as that new leaked head looks like Black Panther, I don't think it is

To my knowledge the non-MCU sets have never been based on the comics, but based on cartoon series/LEGO-animated mini movies. Which means if the Thanos head isn't the MCU head, then one of the following must be true 1 - LEGO are starting to make sets based on the comics themselves, which would be amazing as there's no much potential for both character and build designs 2 - The Thanos head is based on a new animated show/mini movie, which is doubtful 3 - The design is a completely random one not based on any particular show/movie, similar to how the Mighty Micros were just generic designs. This would make the most sense if the Micros-style "mech theme" is a reality

Very true, but also we could still get Endgame sets even if they're not part of this wave (which I'm not convinced is the case). I know it's a long shot but it could happen next year. Seeing the impact the movie had I wouldn't be surprised if LEGO wanted to capitalise on the movie. Maybe they hadn't planned any extra sets (except for Hulk and rescue) because they didn't have enough info about the movie. Now that it's out they could decide to put out accurate sets and figs, after all it takes a long time for a LEGO set to go from concept to shelf, which is why we wouldn't have seen/heard anything yet. They'd have to go through the whole design process, and depending on what they wanted to do with characters they'd even have to consider new moulds. This would take probably a year from start to finish. TLDR; I'm not convinced Hulkcopter is the only MCU set in this new wave, and even if it is it doesn't necessarily mean we'll never get more Endgame sets

I don't think it means much, but like Azog, Barb is a figure that features in an existing theme, so her inclusion in a later set is more likely. I know the others are also from LEGO themes but with a difference. There was never a set based on Marvel comics (as far as I'm aware all the non MCU sets are based on animated shows) so figures like Steve Rogers Cap or Sam Wilson Cap were never going to be part of a wider wave. There was never a set based on shows like Black Lightning or Arrow. There's no set based on Spider-Man PS4. Those are just some examples. The only fig I can think of where my logic isn't true is The Collector Again I don't think it's incredibly likely we'll get her (or at least that version of her), but Barb is a fig based on a theme/wave that has an existing set, just like how when Azog came out there was already the Hobbit sets and more in the works

Anyone else hope that the Barb SDCC figure might get the same treatment as Azog the Defiler? Make it an exclusive but bring out a very similar (or the same? I can't remember how different Azog was) in a later set

I wish I had the speeder! Yeah so I don't think they're buildable figs. Just mechs. But what kind of mech is the big question

Far be it from me to poopoo the idea. I quite like the Star Wars buildables, Chewie being one of my absolute favourites (and centre piece of my display) but I don't think it will happen unfortunately. No matter how cool movie accurate characters would look

Obviously I'd much rather them be actual Endgame sets, but this would at least sweeten the deal if they end up just being comic sets. Cap, Thor, Nebula and Rocket could easily be from the comics/animated shows and still look like the movie versions. Maybe not so much for Thanos and Hawkeye/Ronin You'll be hearing from my lawyers

Even if the sets are based on the comics the figs could still possibly resemble movie characters. Just like the scuba and space iron man from a few years back

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't considering how much effort Disney are going to be putting into these shows I agree the Venom mech was brilliant, I just treat it like a giant Venom. And the Spider-Man mech becomes necessary to fighting it Is this confirmed?

Agreed! I definitely think the Iron Man and Thanos Mechs will be designed to be played with together which (despite my age) I think will be quite cool and I'm sure will be fun for a lot of kids As long as the figures are okay then I'm happy
