  1. Thanks @blurrkup, that must be this one. However, I am not sure if they are adding this one to the set, or the normal one.
  2. Hi guys, there is a video on YT with new Audi Quattro lego model. At the end of video, where we can see the whole box content assembled from distance, the drivers helmet looks much different than the usual one. Is it because of the camera angle and game of light & shadows, or is it some new mold, or old which I have not seen before? Check the link below, time 11:25.
  3. And again someone struggles with reading or you should let me know that you are color blind... Yeah, I am curious how it was unnecessary, especially when my PM has been sent before @AVCampos post ;).
  4. @Maaboo35 It is not nice to make fun of me, especially when I have asked if the new ultimate is going to be red, regarding red spoiler on Top Gear model and you said no, what @Ngoc Nguyen has spotted. So I have no idea why are you making fun of me, while giving me wrong answer and misleading me. That's the reason I have sent you the PM cause I thought there is something on the model what I am missing (like sticker or something). Next time read correctly and toroughly before you insult somebody.
  5. So you reckon, that the new ultimate will be red?
  6. No idea what you are talking about
  7. All I am waiting for this year is the new ultimate car. Can't wait for any spoilers...
  8. The wheelbase length increased only by 1 stud, so it is not a huge difference comparing to width increase. However, when I compared new ferrari to mclaren senna, the seemed to have the same length. There is quite good picture in the web with side view of ferrari.
  9. That's weird, cause I don't think those cars grew up, they just got wider
  10. The set looks nice and robust, but much worse than ferrari and lambo, maybe its due to the fact I don't like the look of the real nissan. Note the fact guys, that ferrrari is the only model which has folding mirrors.
  11. Well... I was expecting more from that model, but it looks quite ok to me.
  12. How do you know it will be red and have wingdoors?
  13. BTW guys, what you think about yet unrevealed Nissan GTR? From all of the single models of this wave, it has the highest part count, even though it shape does not look too complex like in case of a Ferrari f8. Do you think the set will contain any additional equipement, like in case of MClaren Senna, the wind tunnel?
  14. I see your point @ShaydDeGrai, but in my opinion change from 6 studs to 8 is a change for good. Of course, due to change, we getting more parts so the prices are going up, but tbh when you have roughly 5-7 sets a year and single models don't cost a lot, you will probably not even feel increase in price, it is just one pint of beer less . Another aspect of going wider is the fact, we can squeeze two minifigures into one cockpit and car model looks more realistic, just look on the Ferrari how well it is designed, even the interior looks nice. :)
  15. OK, so is it only one set left to reveal for 2020? :/
  16. Nope, I am collecting bigger sets only.
  17. TBH with you guys, I don't like this wave of technic sets. Crane seems to be quite cool and catamaran is something new and interesting, especially because it can flow. However the rest of the sets are quite poor. Anyway, waiting for next wave and for ultimate car! Some teaser should be around soon, like it was with Chirons wheel, right?
  18. Woow, I was waitting for that audi, and i am little bit dissapointed, however ferrari is stunning, best SC model i ve ever seen
  19. Are there any new photos being released right now? I am so curious about Audi, hopefully, it will be 8 stud wide.
  20. How many parts, which were not included in the model, have you used?
  21. It is looking much much better, great job mate :)
  22. I don't think that conversion to 8 stud width of an old models would be possible, due to the huge amount of stickers used to recreate headlamps and grills. The car might look funny and out of scale without custom printed stickers.
  23. Personally, I am very happy to finally see 8 studs wide sets. Can't imagine how much better would Chiron or McLaren would look like if they were 8 studs wide instead of 6. However, I do not have any dioramas or garages or city sets as other guys here, so I am not bothered by the fact of not being able to squeeze them in the garage doors.
  24. Hi guys, I am quite new to this topic. I get from my friends and family a speed champions sets as a gift from various occasions, I get Chiron, McLaren Senna, Ferrari 488 GT3 and Camaro ZL1. With my small collections of cars, I decided to continue collecting this series ( I am more lego technic guy). Could you please tell, is it only one wave of sets a year or more of them? Is it usual thing the Lego is choosing new supercars and old sports cars for sets. Do you recommend any other sets apart the ones I already have, ( I am not a fan of big sets like race tracks, only single cars or twin packs)? Cheers guys and sorry if my post is offtopic.
