I would say that having AC as a fulfillment to GH is a good idea. Usually in AC we are getting only few good minifugres, the rest of the set I am putting to my Lego container, not built. I would prefer to get some decorations which actually can be used somewhere, to make other sets even more detailed.

Ohh I am getting more hyped everyday, still 2 sets have not leaked yet, ship and potion classroom. Hopefully we will have official reveal this week. Brick Enthusiast said there will be more leaks this week.

The more I look at the Great Hall the more I am convincing myself of getting all of the sets that are related to Hogwarts Castle and its surroundings. I think in the year were generation of modular Hogwarts Castle has been released, I have said that I wished they would do the proper Hogwarts in few segment in minifigure scale, even as UCS, that would be released segment by segment over few years and connect to create whole castle. And finally we get something that is close to my wish, still quite distant from perfection, but it is much more than substitute. Anyway, I can see huge evolution over the last 6 years of Harry Potter sets, and it makes me rad. I have collected most of the first generation sets (from big ones I only miss Astronomy Tower) and those were looking beautiful from the outside, and were well equipped and detailed on the inside, however they were lacking for me possibility to connect together in good looking manner. Second generation was way worse than the previous one, boring looking exterior, average interior, but decent minifigure selection and possibility of stacking up Hogwarts in the way you like. Due to that I have bought only small and cheap sets to get minifigures, others I have ordered from Bricklink. Finally now, we are receiving something that looks very good on the outside (I would say better than sets from 2018), got decent interior, and probably amazing modularity, what gives me hope for an amazing final product.

Can you point some spots, which prove your statement, please? I am trying to spot any differences, have you found any?

The Aragogs resemblance to the movie is huge. It actually looks very good, I only hope its "face" is printed tile, not a sticker. Greats Halls, Mandrake and Buckbeak boxes photos have also leaked. I would say that Great Hall looks decent. Buckbeak and Mandrake sets are totally pass for me.

Another thing is, that the Great Hall is one of the biggest and most expensive set from Harry Potter series, apart from Collectors Edition sets, but it does not look that big comparing to the others parts of Hogwarts Castle on the blurred image. Over the past few year, when the Lego Harry Potter series was brought back to life, we were always having at first year wave Great Hall set, which was always the most expensive, and then another, smaller and cheaper parts of Hogwarts were being released over following years. This time I am afraid, that the Great Hall won't be the biggest and most expensive set from new Hogwarts collection.

Looking closely at the Great Hall set and comparing it to the photo from the booklet "build the most detailed Hogwarts Castle", and I am pretty sure now that blurred image of the castle, it is actually completed build. Compare the leaked image and the blurred one and tell me please if I am right or wrong.

If you look closely on the Great Hall photo, you can see behind the windows, between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff flags, a dark object, I assume it is a staircase to the boat house. Also on the front, there are four connection points. I am curious about the size of the completed Hogwarts castle.

I think that something is coming. We getting more info about Buckbeak set, that it will include small brick build bird and pumpkins. Also, the Aragog set will have small forest which you can attach to forbidden forest set.

Maybe 1st of May official reveal will happen?

What was the date of official reveal date for past years for Lego Harry Potter summer wave? Winter wave was officially revealed quite early.

Well, Lego had released many big figs over the years, with different size and shape. I don't believe the troll will look like a hulk.

Yes, word "niebo" in Polish, means sky and heaven, it depends from the context.

So it looks like we will end up with a Hogwarts Castle, which will be a compromise of last two versions. Stand alone buildings, or buildings that connects with each other and focused on an outer look, and sets that will probably be like last version of Hogwarts and be modular segments. Anyway, never been that much hyped for Lego like this year, awaiting new Harry Potter waves.

I hope that finished Hogwarts Castle will be able to fit all of the smaller classrooms/sets and it won't be a matter of having only two rooms from over 10 or something.

Was there any pattern in the advent calendar each year? Seems like they are themed with certain movies, but is there any connection with other sets that were released the same year?

I am very curious about amount of parts they will spend on Beauxbatons Carriage and for the Durmstrang Ship. Carriage from 2019 was about 450 pieces, that leaves around 800 pieces for Durmstrang ship, maybe it will be created from very big pieces, since I don't believe that the new carriage will be less detailed than the one from 2019.

If anybody is interested in new Hagrid's Hut set, you can have a look on YT (JB Spielwaren - EN), looks like he get the set early. You can see the speed build and review. Seems to be a very nice set, the best from march wave in my opinion.

Do you think that the boathouse will connect to hogwarts castle with those pieces? I would rather expect connections with pins, like in the sets from 2018.
