  1. Yeah the older and newer long swords fit great. I too wish they could fit in the “designed-for-katana” scabbards but they don’t. Interestingly the Sword of Gryffindor does fit.
  2. The Brick Blogger created a post about this in the past: Guide to LEGO-scabbard compatible swords There have been a few swords that have come out since then. Here are few that they didn't include Short Sword Old Long Sword New Long Sword
  3. Thanks guys for your input and ideas. I think that I too will want to keep the path as it is. I think I’ll try adding a tower and some tall trees for its future inhabitants to hide in. I’ve placed all of its future inhabitants on it until I have some time to get started In my LEGO factions all the green guys are in the same team.
  4. I was in a thrift shop the other day and scored this baseplate for $5. Now that I have it, I'm not sure what to build on it. Have you guys seen any cool examples of medieval builds using this type of baseplate?
  5. I couldn't see it on mobile, I had to check on a computer to see his signature. "brickhawk.com - Price drop and stock alerts via email for LEGO sets and Bricks and Pieces! Available for many retailers in US/AU/CA/NZ/GB/FR/DE/IT/NL/NO/HU/DK and more!"
  6. The horse is 6343565. What do you use to receive in stock notices?
  7. The Blacksmith is back in stock in the US. Get it now before the scalpers do. https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/medieval-blacksmith-21325
  8. While I am not a fan of Nexo "replacing" castle I do enjoy seeing these mash ups of themes.
  9. Bricks and Pieces has the new Hunter's Hat available in Gray. Maybe save me a couple as I'm still working on my order.
  10. and with a cutlass at his feet... https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/main-square-60271
  11. @Micmac has posted a picture of Griphook with the Sword of Gryffindor over in the License thread, it looks pretty cool. It looks a little too fancy for the common solider, but I'll get a few of them none the less.
  12. I found one knight and one viking at Walmart priced at $3.44 each. I was most excited about the new sword, I hope that we will see it again in the near future. Here it is with a few other swords. I didn't realize how much bigger it is. And it fits in the scabbard.
  13. I don't think this warrants a new topic, if so please forgive me. I found a few familiar parts in the Build-A-Minifigure tower at the LEGO store in Castleton, IN. There was a shell bra torso as well, but my daughter took off with that one. I found 3 Frightening Knights and shields to add to my army.
  14. I am most excited about the Red Dragon Suit guy. I would like to see what he looks like as a dragon knight with a black helmet with a red visor. Then I'll mount his head/mask on my castle's wall. And if that doesn't work out I'm sure my daughter will have him become the 2013 red dragon's baby.
