  1. I'm a bit affraid by the lack of cloth sails. I hope that we will see some images soon or that someone who saw the set will give us more details about the sails.
  2. What is the horizontal motor used for? It could be interesting if it is used to control a gearbox.
  3. How big is it? Is it realy a control+ set or is it used as the old motors?
  4. Volvo seems to be a brand which tries to create good sets. I hope that they have push to have a B model.
  5. There seem to only be 2193 pieces. It's small for a flagship. The price of the Control+ sets is only for the motors.
  6. The Control+ sets already released were very expensive for the number of pieces included. I hope that it won't be the case for the Volvo.
  7. It would be more logical to have all the "ultimate" cars at the same scale and without motor. The Lamborghini could also be an Urus.
  8. I'm glad you've been able to rebuild it. The lights are a nice addition.
  9. Very nice. I'm impatient to be able to build it.
  10. The beam that goes through the middle of the turntable is only connected to a serie of 12T to go to the side of the turnable. The upper part is just placed on top of the turntable. I've found a photo with the upper part separated from the base. It may help you to see how it works: Happy new year ;)
  11. Not providing printed instructions for the B models may explain why a lot of people don't build them.
  12. Sorry I don't have more photos. Everything has been posted on this thread.
  13. The red part from the Top Gear set can be seen here:
  14. The youtube chanel 2TTOYS has the videos for the other sets too.
  15. It looks nice. It uses the same stickers as the 42082. But not having a b model is very bad. The last 5 models don't have B model! It's worying for the future.
  16. Each set is 5€ more expensive in France. 65€ for the Lamorghinis is ridiculous.
  17. I've seen it in videogames: a car constructor allows the game developper to add a car that players want only if they also add a car that the car constructor wants to promote.
  18. The price for the Lamborghini set is crazy...
  19. The photos of the Lamborghinis have been released: https://www.hothbricks.com/nouveautes-lego-speed-champions-2019-2020-encore-des-visuels/
  20. I've never bought any Speed Champions set yet because the cars often look strange. With the switch to 8 studs, it might change.
  21. I don't understand what the Top Gear licence could bring to a Lego set. The Lancia licence should be enough.
  22. I don't like building a set by watching the instructions on a phone. Lego is an activity during which I should be able to rest my eyes. I'm more likely to rebuild a model that has paper instructions. For example, the B model of 42055 is a great model that I would have built multiple times if it had a manual paper. I think that Lego is wrong to force people to use their phone to play Lego (ie: hidden side). They should embrace the fact that they are a manual game that doesn't need to watch a screen.
  23. When will it be available elsewhere than in the official Lego shops?
  24. Next Ultimate car could be the McLaren Senna to match this year's Speed Champions set.
  25. I don't think that the Huayra is really less known than the Chiron. The Huayra would be quite interesting with the special doors, and the rear openable to show the engine.
