  1. I'm in USA as well. I recently received an email stating will be double VIP points June 30 through July 7. Pricing is on the shop at home site....
  2. Why wait until August? U.S. Lego shop at home lists it as a July 1 release.
  3. Four posts in the hour subsequent to this (not including this one) all continue the D2C "discussion." Comical.
  4. He is moving really fast. Consummation can not be far off....
  5. Real Chiron requires a second key to enter top speed mode, which amongst other things puts the rear spoiler into correct position. I imagine the key used to change position of the spoiler on the model is a nod to that.
  6. Thank you for the link to the designer video. It is interesting that he has never been on a roller coaster.
  7. Weird to say no to dforce and then back it up with an argument already made by dforce literally a few posts up. I doubt the price difference between a real 911 and a real Chiron has anything to do with the Lego model prices. If Lego were to come out with a Lamborghini next year with the same number of pieces as the Chiron, I doubt that Lego would decrease the price of the Lamborghini model to bring it in line with the relative pricing of the real cars.
  8. Price gouging at its finest. Estimated arrival date to my part of the USA is June 11 and judging by pictures included for the auction the seller does not even have the set in hand. Hopefully all potential bidders will realize that they can pick one up for MSRP at their local Lego store or on-line beginning June 1.
  9. As harleydavid98 points out, this is an illusion caused by his left arm being up. The press release photos show his head to be quite firmly attached to his torso.
