I don't think I really have an area of expertise. For example, I could look at an anazing MOC, and think "wow, this is really cool", but not have much more to say. Im just not able to help others much with their projects, and don't have the security to post my own stuff. I guess I'll continue the slow going method I'm using, and might hit 100 posts in another 2 years.

Yes, I want to contribute, but I think I'm at 17 posts (where I started last december). The collectible I was hoping to find was a golden Bionicle Kanoka. They were given away in contests during 2004 (please see photo below). I haven't had any luck finding one yet =(. Of course! I would absolutely hate to spam. That's why I've been trying to go through and only respond if I have something to contribute, but I'm at less than 20 posts in almost a year. Was just curious if there was a better way than waiting to see if there's something I can actually contribute with. Unfortunately the piece I'm looking for was given away as a contest prize in 2004, and is not listed on either site.

Is there a recommended way to to reach 100 posts as quickly as possible? I'm looking for a collectable that I've been dying to get for years, but I'm nowhere near the 100 post minimum to be able to start a topic in the bazaar. And I don't want to just spam every open topic. Thank you for any help.

This one will probably be a tough one, but can anyone help me identify this last piece I need? It's the piece circled in red. As you can see, it has an outline similar to https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=32184#T=C. BUT, the part that has me confused is that it looks like there should be an axle in the middle (instead of on the ends). Can anyone help identify it? Thanks for any help, all of you are awesome!

Can anyone help me identify the weirdly shaped black piece?

I’ve checked every site I could think of that has anything Lego and in every country Bionicle came out, but have not found the alternate ending tile for the quest for Makuta board game. I’m pretty sure it’s a typo, but biosector says it was distributed in a copy of Lego magazine. Does anyone know what issue, or does anyone have a copy of the piece? I’ve been looking for a while and would love to play the alternate ending! https://biosector01.com/wiki/BIONICLE:_Quest_for_Makuta Photo of alternate ending piece here: http://bionicle-sell...nate_Ending.jpg Please message me if you know anything about the piece! The site seems to be legit. It could be possible that holiday traffic has slowed them down. Still, no response is unprofessional, and you do have other options. I would probably cancel the order.

Bricks cracking... just from being connected to one another?
Jchavoya replied to Endgame's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Sticking pieces in the freezer for a while sometimes helps to separate without needing to apply too much force. It’s usually what I do for stuck pieces (since I never bought the separator). Not sure how this method would work on pieces that are already falling apart just from siting around though =( -
Pardon my ignorance, but is what is the difference between using a bag meant for freezer storage vs just a standard ziplock bag?

My guess would be that they stopped producing thicker plates to cut costs. Less plastic means cheaper sets.

Welcome! When you say animate, do you mean digital animation, or stop motion? Either way, it sounds interesting!

Ebay is ok (IF YOU CAREFULLY LOOK AT PHOTOS). Otherwise, bricklink or brickowl are very reliable. You can pick specific pieces from sellers, or make a wishlist of all pieces you want and have it auto-select the best combination of sellers.

LEGO Brick without Lego Stamp? Help?

A misprint maybe?
