  1. Thanks, I am not planning on making it in LDD although I am considering trying to make it in miniloop form, if it works I will make that one in LDD. I do have video instructions for it here although they are not the easiest to follow.
  2. Thanks! hope it will work well for you :) I also have no idea how to properly make instructions from LDD.
  3. This lego great ball contraption miniloop uses a spinning wheel to lift the balls up onto a set of ramps. Then the balls role down the ramps and back to the start again. I have remade this in lego digital designer but can't find any good way of making PDF instructions from it, any suggestions on how to do this? Exporting the instructions as a HTML building guide does not seem to work very well (it does not show a parts list for each step) the instructions are on reabrickable here.
  4. The instructions are here. They are not the easiest to follow but you will defiantly be able to build it from them.
  5. I am also a massive fan of Akiyuki's GBC modules (especially his invisible lift) but it is a very big module with lots of unusual and expensive pieces. I know that their are lots of people who want to build it but don't have the pieces to build it (I am one of those people) my solution was to build a shorter, smaller version of it using less pieces. I tried to use the least amount of pieces possible while still keeping it reliable. If you want the instructions they are here. They are not the easiest to follow but you can defiantly build it from them.
  6. Thanks! I hope it works well for you :) unfortunately I dot have a part list for this one but all the pieces are quite common so it is likely that you will already have most of the pieces.
  7. So a few months ago I made a smaller version of Akiyuki's invisible lift, the problem was that I didn't have instructions for my version and it was not very reliable. I have now made a new version which is more reliable and uses less pieces.
  8. It is ok if the 14/24 tooth gear moves a little bit, the edge of it should hit the top of the 1x2 brick beside it. I use rechargeable batteries for mine which is probably why your one is running to fast. I would recommend loosening all the parts of the loading mechanism so there is the least amount of friction possible.
  9. Thank you! You can build it without the spacer piece but it does help.
  10. Thanks! I would love to see photos if you do make one :)
  11. Thank you! I am amazed how good you are at making the instructions :)
  12. Yes, they are here: Sorry they are so hard to follow, I have never been very good at making instructions. I think it depends on who you ask, I personally find coming up with new ideas the hardest part.
  13. Thank you! Unfortunately I don't have enough of the pieces used to offset the 12 tooth gear by half a stud to build more of them.
  14. Yes, you are right (sorry it took so long to reply)
  15. This lego great ball contraption miniloop uses a Cardan mechanism to lift the marbles up, after that they role down the strings and back to the start again. It is very reliable and can be powered by a motor or a hand crank. If you want the free video instructions they are here.
  16. Thank you! I would love to see photos of it if you do build it :-)
  17. Thank you! I might try that, good idea :)
  18. Thanks! The Archimedes screw is timed so that it never happens, as it rotates exactly 4 times for every time that the gray part opens. If one does get stuck somehow then the arm attached to the grey part slides along the axle and avoids any serious damage. (This happened quite a lot during the building process)
  19. Hello, a few weeks ago I made a molding factory GBC module but it was not very reliable. This new version is much more reliable and uses even less parts. It is made to look like a lego molding machine with the marbles taking the place of the bricks. Free video instructions.
  20. Yes, I used the strings because a normal ramp would block the view of to much of the module.
