    Green Dragon Sun Elemental Below is the last card I am forced to play, however I have spoilered it so that it dos not subconsciously affect your choice. I'm not calling you a cheater by any means, but humans are terrible at creating randomness, and realistically the opponent isn't supposed to know what our hands are.

    OoC: Oh crap! I just realized that the decamon tourney could be an issue for me. I will be leaving this friday, and probably won't have all that much spare time to post... Hopefully I can find a way though...

    Umm... It doesn't seem to me (unless Sandy or someone else helping run the tournament was PMed) that players with more than 5 cards were actually forced to choose a hand. Atramor for example would then be even less likely to lose any of his cards, not counting the advantage he already has.

    yes, but I can use it as pretty much an automatic tie, giving me an advantage. The only issue is if the opponent has a level 9 or 10 card they have in reserve.

    Oh, ok! I'm wondering, will we see our NPC opponents' full decks? As well as multiple others, including a level 9... I guess we'll see how this goes. Not sure what the best strategy in this game will be, but it'd really depend on whether or not we knew our opponent's deck or not.

    Am I missing something, or? I will say though... I honestly might win this... I already have a big advantage over all the other players at this point with my star elemental, considering I'm the only one so far that has actually gotten one. We'll see how it goes though .     Sometimes, yes. Button mashing in video-games, for example, can be effective. However, if you randomly moves pieces in chess, you're likely to not fare well. Closer to decamon, if you randomly chose spots in tic tac toe, you're likely to be beat quickly, if not within 3 turns. Decamon isn't much about chance, it's more about strategy and thinking ahead, however I would recommend players keep strategies to themselves, considering they probably want to win the cup if they can. I would tend to agree, however it seems a tad late for that. However, the first rounds are all against NPCs. The following rounds players will probably know their opponent's full deck, but not what hand they chose.

    And if you are smart, you'll probably use strategy . It's also fairly safe to say that randomly using your cards will lead to a loss, even if the opponent has a crappier hand, assuming they are using strategy.

    Quick questions about Decamon. * At the end of the game, if you win do you keep both yours and your opponent's original hand? * If not, if you win do you get back any cards you lost? * During a game, round 3 for example, can you use cards that you gained from your opponent in an earlier round?

    I didn't say that the cards necessarily needed a new price, I just think that the lower-tier prizes should be nerfed.
