Man that Podracer is gorgeous definetly a Day 1 pick up for me. Slave 1 looks great as well but I might wait on that one bit as it's not a high priority set (tbh the little one from Betrayal At Cloud City has pleased me quite greatly). Might pick one up for a discounted price to get Zuckuss. The rest I'm kinda lukewarm about.

TIL that the Chamber of Secrets is not at the bottom of the castle. That's really weird especially watching the movie you really get that sense when they go through passageway through the girl's bathroom which seems like a pretty big drop and Fawkes flying back up it. Thanks for telling me that. My favorite movies are SS and COS and would idealisticaly like everything from them. However, I like to side with history and history tells us the Harry Potter theme has a short life span and there's 8 long movies that they need to cover and for now they have to do the "greatest hits". All I'm saying to everyone is try and enjoy what we get because we don't know when the Hogwarts Express finally rests. Let's not get caught up with could have been and let's focus on what is.Wave 1 was incredible, and I see alot of potential in Wave 2. Buckbeak, Hungarian Horntail, Clocktower, updated Sirius Black, there is so much good stuff. Yes there are some redundant sets but for someone like myself coming out of the "dark age" I want to pickup a Hagrid's Hut or Knight Bus not at a ridiculous price. Personally I see 3 more waves: 5-6, 7-8, and one final wave to round out anything missed but I hope I'm proven wrong.

It's now impossible to put the Chamber under Great Hall. How would you do it while also simultaneously connecting the Whomping Willow portion and now the Watchtower? I don't know if you realisize this or not, but Harry Potter has never been an evergreen theme that is why they are rushing and putting out the essentials first. That's why we got all those minifigs in the first wave. Just in case the theme didn't make it another year. I think both Hagrid's Hut and the Knight Bus are way more essential and fit the best of theme more than the end of Socerer's Stone. We already got the Mirror of Erised and Quirell anyways. Nothing else of note goes on in that movie besides Diagon Alley (I think next year for HBP). As I explained before I doubt Chamber happens again and the rest of that movie is covered besides The Burrow (Which again could be HBP). And on the flip side, I maybe hyping the sets up without seeing them, but you are trashing them without seeing it. Me personally I'm a half full type of guy so I'd rather be optimistic than pessimistic.

Oh please everybody knew they weren't making Chamber. The designers said they tried it but it didn't work out. The sets have also been going in chronological order as well. Hoping that a great list is fake simply because you didn't get one set on your "wishlist" is very childish and just looking for the smallest reason to complain. I want Lockhart as much as the next guy but he'll probably show up in a Bricktober pack or something. Who knows maybe it will be centered around Chamber and have Moaning Myrtle, Lockhart, Tom Riddle, and Lucius Malfoy. Patience, if we got Susan Bones, we'll get everyone eventually.

Okay thanks that makes much more sense in regards to the Expecto Patronum set which I guess would be a $20 set in the US. Currency conversions messing me up here! $35 US would probably go to Knight Bus, $100 for the Watchtower, $70 for the Cemetery Battle, and I would say $50 for Hagrid's Hut. Which sounds pretty awesome. Same thing happened last year, no one was expecting the Hogwarts Express and it suddenly appeared in the press release.

Great list, I think it's real compared to that other bogus leak. I was thinking that the Expecto Patronum set would be the $10 set but I was wondering how they would stuff Harry, Sirius, a Dementor and a deer in such a small set. I know the prices for the HP sets have been very good but it seems odd. What part of the castle is exactly the watchtower? Is it where the Horntail was clinging on or was it where they saved Sirius from? It can not be from Deathly Hallows, all the sets are from POA and GOF. Knight Bus and Hagrid's Hut were expected but still definetly plan on picking them up regardless. Last time I owned them was when I was a kid back in the early 2000's and the Knight Bus is a personal favorite vehicle. Tri-Wizard Challenge, would it be safe to say the Cemetery Battle? I think the Mermaid one has the least chance of being made and if we get a Horntail with the Watchtower, I think it's definetly that pivotal scene.

We're also getting Anakin's Podracer, hopefully with medium leg Padme and a "naked" C3PO. Though it would have been cool to get a remake of Tusken Raider Encounter (I know it's a violent scene but it's Anakin's turning point).

For the Endor playset, I hope we get an Endor Luke, we haven't got one in twenty years. A cross between the Speeder Bike set and Ewok Attack would be sweet.

I agree on Toy Fair in Feburary. Last year's sets were revealed in May and released in July. Which is a 3 month gap. I would be more inclined to say March maybe April but I think like the Great Hall, we might get a sneak preview at one set in Feburary.

Wait about a month, last year the full D2C list leaked around New Year's.

Last Knight Bus only had fifteen more pieces. The OG Knight Bus had 243. Right in the middle this new one would be. Maybe it's more sleek as lego has been downsizing vehicles of late. And to keep the $30 price tag.

Now that's a list I can get behind. Girl's Bathroom, Knight Bus, Hagrid's Hut, and Chamber Of Secrets. If we're lucky we might get another hidden exclusive set like Hogwarts Express and maybe that way we could get the Shrieking Shack at the $80 range. And if there's another D2C that would probably be Diagon Alley. If I remember the D2C info was leaked at New Year's last year so we could get info on this soon... 3 from POA and 3 from COS covering those iconic movie scenes perfectly.

They are a June release date as well, so that's great. But this looks like it's following the 2010/2011 precedent of a smaller second wave so this could be the end of the line sadly....

It's 75945-75948. Not 75958. Honestly though I don't mind a small wave as long as we get Diagon Alley and a Lockhart. Those two are essential to me everything else is extra.

That kinda sucks. Looks like we'll have to wait to the eventual AT-AT remake.

I hope that the Hoth Set has more Imperials this time around then Rebels. Assault on Hoth was very low on Snowtroopers.

Awesome art indeed. That's a new mold as well. The POA poster has the Great Hall behind it, maybe it's a hint of what sets are coming? For the GOF poster we can see Harry in his Task 1 gear so Hungarian Horntail remake would be that one. For the OoTP maybe a Ministry Of Magic Playset with the duel at the end of the film (unlikely but would be totally awesome). Half Blood Prince could be the Cave with the Inferi. And Draco of course would be Room Of Requirements. Which oddly matches up with that old rumor from months ago. Who am I kidding, it's probably from an upcoming book.

I think they are holding the suprises for the April 20th anniversary wave for us collectors. Just wait a little longer I bet there is going to be some cool sets like a Lars' Homestead or a Tantive IV or a UCS Star Destroyer. This is just a passable appetizer.

Did anyone notice that when mp bricks put out a bunch of the leaks, he put out a Wizarding World promotional image? Maybe we might get winter sets after all (Lockhart please Lockhart)
