  1. Nice figs! A small build around would help a lot to put them in context.
  2. Nice figs. Those wings for the geonosian seem odd to me somehow...
  3. Nice setup and characters. The guards wouldn't work in other SW places I guess, but there they do.
  4. This is a funny entry! Took me some time to identify that hair on the right side.
  5. This is a small, clean and funny build. Well done!
  6. Nice tree and base! I like those characters as well.
  7. Interesting build and colors pick up. I like the effect of the terrain going down. The architecture seems a bit off of SW, though.
  8. Those guards are nice. The second character on the right side doesn't fit so well in SW, though.
  9. Nice build, you've used some techniques to give some depth and details to the build, which is great.
  10. This one has a better fit & finish. Tiles are our friends at that point. Nice details on the cannon. The additional texturing with colors helps, but the green plate seems a bit off relative to the rest of the build. An option is to use as structure but hidden behind other pieces/plates.
  11. Nice start, working with different ground textures and rocks. I agree on concentrating on smaller builds to nail down special details. E.g. placing all mushrooms in one place would make it more special, maybe with an additional prevalence of dark green to suggest wet. Some other shot angle would help to appreciate better the bike.
  12. Nice setup. Colors work well and the result is quite clean. The upper floors disposition is a bit odd, somehow.
  13. Simple, but yet interesting. Nice usage of those rebel pilots and the asymmetry of the build.
  14. Many thanks! I've added more photos. Thanks! Done, hope you like it! Hope I've depicted the faction well...
  15. *Your entry has earned 18 XP* The Black Sun has been informed about Pyerce’s forces near Aargau as well. Pyerce has an ongoing operation for adquiring new weaponry for their activities, maybe to settle a new base in the sector. 8-LOM has been sent to Aargau to continue the search. But this time it will need additional help to be successful. Meanwhile some mandos from Clan Eldar are improving their armour within a hidden Beskar foundry in Aargau. The foundry is an old facility that has been hidden in Aargau since hundreds of years. The Clan Eldar is now the protector of this place, other clans had that task before. The facility has been used by mandalorians since more time than they can remember. The usually live in the underground houses close to the facility for long periods of time, resting after hard missions, hidden from the outside while keeping curious beings out of the foundry. The Master Smelter is the lead of the mandalorian group, with the knowledge to melt Beskar the right way to mold new armors and other protecting devices. 8-LOM: Hi there! I see you’re quite busy right now. Mando: Hello, we were waiting you. 8-LOM: I always liked this place... I’ve got some parts of my armour forged here as payment of some of my services. 8-LOM: My sensors are going to melt down. It’s very hot here. Mando: We get used to this. You should as well, you just have to set up a higher threshold. But there is still something wrong after our last repair, the sewer system has to work hard to cool down the foundry. 8-LOM: Well, it isn’t that simple as a threshold change, but I get the idea. Mando: It has to be something really important to come here. We are always pleased to work with the Black Sun, if it makes sense, of course. 8-LOM: It makes, it makes. We know you have the same feeling as us about Pyerce’s intentions. And now we’ve found evidence of some suspecting activities of them in this planet. We can’t block them fast enough without your help. Mando: The Master is in the upper floor. You have to wait here. Mando: It appears that we’re going to have new issues with Pyerce. Master: That aren’t good news. We’ll see...
  16. Great hotel with fantastic design details: the entrance with those strange... plants?, the check-in desk, the bar, the characters... Those walls and floor details are very creative with those arabic architecture luxury spots.
  17. Thanks a lot! The AT-AT is one of my favourit designs of all SW. Appreciated! Yes, I've used photos from ESB and book interior drawing material to figure that out. I tried to be accurate. Many thanks! Yep, those pieces suggestions are quite interesting. That means I need to put a new bricklink order Thanks a lot! The AT-AT hull is quite heavy, so I had to use several ball joins for getting the angles right. Three of them can be seen from inside in the structure just upper the AT-AT window. Really appreciated !
  18. I have to say that these days I have used my notepad several times in this forum, but now I have to find it again to annotate all the good stuff you put in here . Fantastic build! The texturing and details are excellent: the hanging floors, the subtle acid sewage, the aurebesh, and the storyline... as always nice to follow. Just one detail: for such a toxic place, the building is a bit too clean. There might be roomba-like devices to clean everything up there, but some decoloration/oxidation suggesting they weren't perfect at their job would only increase the final fit & finish.
  19. Quite interesting build. The contrast from the jungle to the bunker works very well, the lateral build of the ground is on par and the story is nice. On the suggestions side, while the wild jungle effect is right, some clearance would help to spot the characters better in the shots, although the first one is great. For the bunker roof, being that thick, avoiding the inverted studs would help as well to the overall looking of the bunker interior.
  20. Interesting creature. In black is quite menacing. Many creative parts usage, but some of them being all black cannot be spotted enough I guess.
  21. Great story to complement the build!
  22. Quick but effective, I would say. The shot angle is the right one.
  23. I like that female character. It has a lot of potential. The tombstone idea is an interesting one for a wreckage.
  24. Thanks a lot! Many thanks! Thanks a lot! I wanted to have a clean build, but the storyline suggest the crash was recent so your suggestion is fully right. Opening again my notepad Many thanks! That idea of the inner studs is a very good one for getting a better shot, although then the photo from the exterior and the overall look of the ship wouldn't be that good... Improving it is going to be something interesting to investigate.
  25. Didn't think about that, but that's a good idea, like in TFA. That's true! Thanks! Thanks a lot! Being so efficient at their wreckage job, it makes sense to find them through the galaxy. I tried to be more minifig accurate, which makes the AT-ST bigger than the official Lego sets. Then the 3x2 "eye" and "eyelid" did work much better. Thanks!
