    Ahahah...it has some art-nouveauish features, but it's not full of those floreal motifs...It's got a white first floor, sand red "pillars" going up and two lateral columns of windows which are taller than the middle one...they're topped by white decorations with wings and statuettes. And, the last but not the least, it has a sand green roof. As regards the light flesh one, I used a 1x1 plate and a jumper plate, but there's more to see (and to say )... Stay tuned! P.S. Or maybe I should pair the sand red building with my modular version of Casa Batllo?...

    Thank you again! Yes, that's an actual issue. I managed to sketch a dutch-styled facade out of light flesh minifig heads, and it's quite cool paired with an art nouveau sand red building...this one's coming after the Travel Agency, though I'd love to build something with you!

    I have experienced the same increase in price on BK. Bricks & Pieces is excellent, but shipping is slow and sometimes parts get messed up (my last order has been a total disaster). Customer service guys told me to make small orders to avoid that

    Is anyone able to see them?? I followed the tutorial and I can see them. Please I need your help mates... I'm nearly 18 and many people have appreciated my works and their support allowed me to build them. Someone simply can't design buildings on their own... Please be kinder next time ;-)

    I always start with the facade: I build it thinking about the color I want to use (if possible a color which has never been used for official modular building) and the general shape of the building (with two towers, with balconies...). I draw inspiration from real buildings I see in first person or from Google Street View: my recent visit in Vienna has been crucial for my next modular MOC. Then I complete the exterior and subsequently I work on the inside, choosing again a business not included in any modular. I love using rare bricks and handling them in real life, however I tend to replace them when they're ridicolously priced. Thanks for including me!
