I cant find the robot head you are talking about. From which set is it?

The sets names for the friends line for this summer are out. There is a magical roller coaster ride with 900+ pieces. I am hoping for new track color! I am also hoping that the legos ideas goldmine roller coaster is selected!:)

Yay! Yes and some of the animals from the friends cubes are also available. They are rolling them out probably yay!

It was also in stock and ready to ship on indigo.ca. But now they are sold out. Edit: just checked and 80106 is still available with a warning of only 4 left...

I think (hope) that too! I have a feeling I will buy a lot too. I didn’t think about the tech thing.. what could it be...something that lights up?

I like that it is different! I read somewhere that these sets would be kinda like cubes... I can’t help but think that friends cubes have approx 44 pieces and retail here in canada for 14$ so if we get 84 for 20$ (probably more here) then I might not be that bad. My guess is that the cubes won’t be brick built but maybe something like the Disney princess books et the new dots box. If they are, that means that out of the 85 pieces only +/- 10 are part of “the cube” and hopefully the rest is more like accessories. Remember I am only taking guesses here... what if each each of the “mascot” (llama, pirate,alien,mermaid...) is representing one style of music: pirate=rock, alien=pop, mermaid=disco, llama=!?! apparently there will be printed album covers to scan or something... these will likely be real albums.. I hat about what seems to be a CMF series 1? Could these be the real artists? Maybe a series of 12 artists? I don’t know I am just guessing here and this might be whishful thinking on my part. What I do know is that I am very excited for this. Way more than I initially was. As you said, I also get that fun funky vibe from it. I also have a feeling that it will be a mashup of styles and weird printed pieces that won’t really make sense if you think too much about it. it is very different from what we are used to but from a marketing perspective I feel (my opinion) that it makes more sense than juste regular artists by themselves. I mean not many kids would be very excited to get an Elton John minifig. And I feel it would be hard to build around only real artists and make it an attractive theme to kids. I would love to have tons of real artists but I don’t think that it would translate in a fun theme for kids. Again that is my opinion but I feel this is refreshing. I feel it will be a good follow up on the rebuild the world campaign. Rebuild, make it funky even if it doesn’t make sense and dance to it.

I was able to finally place my order. Of course I tried so many times that I ended up making a mistake and order twice the same product. But it is all so complicated that I leave it like that. Now I am trying to place another order and I get this COMMON.checkout.ERROR message everytime. I got tons of charges on my PayPal and the orders didn’t go through on the website so I will have to wait 5-10 days for these to be cancelled. It is really a pain. as far as the bricks goes I will wait a few days and check again. With this beautiful list it will be easier to make my list :)

The new sets are on B&P but sadly Big disappointment Almost all new pieces are labeled as 0.00$ and not available. Last time they did this most of the 0,00$ never became available. Very disappointed.

I almost did that in store with the pick a brick wall cups this week but then i saw The Vestas wind turbine on sale and available...the physical store had quite a lot of items. Almost all the big sets were available. But online... Ishk

Hey hey. I realize that maybe this topic won’t be popular, but with all the reveals and the leaks. I think duplo deserved a topic:) there is this new unicorn set with a star Piece and clearly a unikitty head piece that was revealed. Anyone thinks that this was initially made For another duplo set for the lego movie 2? I mean we got a set with Lucy and Emmet. But another set was probably planned but never made it. Or maybe it was meant to be a set for the unikitty theme should this theme have continued... also. All these education duplo sets!?!? Wow. I am not “really” into duplo, but with all of these sets with duplo figs it screams “gotta catch them all” to me :). Anyone here will also get the Chinese New Year Duplo set? I will. What about the colors used In Duplo sets? I love that they recently used the more pastel-ish colors. Reminds me of set number: 2551. Anyways I think it’s time I give duplo a little more space :)

Exactly what I think. Yes can’t wait. I was thinking about that too! Imagine if they still had stock... as others have said tho, I don’t understand why they don’t allow backOrder ordering. If they put a 60-90 days date... I would have bought more stuff. Maybe they don’t want to create false hopes of getting stuff in time for Xmas

Here in Canada it usually closes around this time of year until early February but that did not happen last year as I remember correctly that I was ordering parts past midnight in a NY eve party...;) yeah I’m that guy:) it did close for a while in spring this year due to Covid-19. Now... just in case it closes. What do you guys feel is the best stuff to order now while we can? ( I want to place an order but I don’t know what:)))
