Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Megbricks replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
All I know is a very nice person sent me one by mail as a surprise:) Now how many of these vidiyo pieces will become available?:) -
It’s new here form last week. Here it still was because they were giving you a free scoop for each cup. I usually buy 4 cups and ended up with 1 1/2 free cup
-
So i just filled a cup randomly like I did in store full of turquoise 1x4. I counted 198 and a few more could have gone in. But just for the fun of it the turquoise 1x4 is 0,22$cad on B&P and a large PAB cup is 19,99$cad. So my cup was worth 43,56$cad.
-
I will count and get back to you Right now the only option is to use a scoop and to Shake it.
-
Thanks. I live new pieces and I will try to play more with new pieces and find interesting use

Got my first chance to get some VIDIYO sets! they were at my Walmart on an end cap mixed with puzzles. They looked like they were just thrown there. https://www.instagram.com/p/CLxlvhlpUOA/?igshid=omtxe8xb8zke https://www.instagram.com/p/CLxlyGqJxfm/?igshid=7olm1xik6xm9 https://www.instagram.com/p/CLx3DK1JGNs/?igshid=1qg1r9x4mmi2v Very happy so far!:)

🤞 i will wait for the Valentine BAM to arrive (finally) at my store to go back. I need more sand green 1x4 and 1x6
-
Probably just display them in a jar in my lego room. At least until I find a use for them.
-
It is still closed for you? Where do you live? here they just allowed us to fill our own cups again. The section is fenced, one person at a time can go in. There is a desinfected scoop and no hands allowed on the bricks. It’s a little hard to optimize but it felt good to fill my own cup. Max 15 minutes per person. They added new stuff so I went back :)

I just discovered this thread and I think it deserves a revival since last message was from December 2019. What did you guys get recently? here is what is available at my local store in Laval, Québec Canada most of the pieces have been there for a while now with a few new things like the pink heart and the sand green 1x6 brick. Haha. Can’t wait for that to happen again. But at the same time, since we can’t optimize the content they are giving us and extra/half scoop in a bag. Which is very nice.

Maybe the beatbits will be available in a random fashion like they did with the printed dots where you can buy them but it’s totally random. -

Yeah I thought of that too... it just that the “neck” near the “stud” is really longer and more straight on the 80497 part. Someone I am talking with over on IG made a good point. The “old/actual” pet is not really in system and doesn’t align well in some uses. He made a quick build to demonstrate this. But by making the piece slightly longer it would work. Anyways we will see:). I just want to buy it:) But n another note... I just placed an.... hum.... expensive order. -

Soooo I like investigating:) I am still trying to find out what is that #80497 part coming from. It’s the newer slightly different elephant trunk part. three days ago I took this screenshot on bricks and pieces of the elephant trunk piece in the bonsai set: https://flic.kr/p/2kBvdtE today I check again on bricks and pieces In the bonsai set and that part number has been replaced by the older number 28959 Then I look on brickset to see in which set the 80497 is included and it is in the ox set (gift with purchase). To make sure I check on bricks and pieces a few minutes ago and I screenshot this: that confirms the 80497 piece is included. I didn’t have the bonsai to check but I do have the ox set:”. So I opened it and the piece included is 28959 NOT 80497: so all of this is weird. Why do I bother? Because I love new pieces :) and I really want the one to be available on bricks and pieces. The longer neck part could maybe allow 2 connections instead of one. For trees for example it could be useful. -

How weird. I posted this 3 days ago and now on bricks and pieces the part listed in the bonsai set is no longer 80497 but 28959!?!? Oh Merci! -

Yea that would be cool!! Hmmm bricks and pieces also gives the 80479 number. Maybe like you said they are transitioning to the new shape(still not confirmed that they are different but surely looks like it) I’ll keep an eye on it for sure. -

Hey! I was browsing the pieces before going to bed “as usual” and I came across these two pics of what I thought was the same piece: I put it on my IG: https://www.instagram.com/p/CLIt3wgpZey/?igshid=jozjavu139wq I screenshot both and tried to overlay them on my phone. I can match the base perfectly so I guess they are in the same view angle. the newer number seems to have a longer neck here... does anyone have both to compare? The blacksmith has the older piece number while the bonsai has the new number. Can’t wait to see if they are the same or not. Thanks! I ordered a few! I am now just missing the printed round tile with the ninjago logo. Hopefully it will restock soon -

I have had this problem before for over three months. I received orders 2-3 times a week where I Had to pay those import fees. I contacted lego and it lasted for at least three month where I had to call them for each order and email a picture of the receipt and they would refund me. No one seemed to know what the problem was but it eventually went away. I am guessing it wasn’t Lego that was the problem but canada post. They were very Nice and never argued. -

Maybe the small stuff was put in a separate bag and got mixed up and sent to someone else. -

I was also told that they got a lot of complaints from people who were promised that parts would be back in stock at a certain time, and it turned out that they had to wait much longer than anticipated. A few posts ago, i was talking about how we were fortunate to have such a service. And i also talked about how we must not complain too much about the service...unless a mistake is made of course See the passage I am quoting... that was exactly what I was talking about. We are in the middle of a pandemic. For some of us these orders come from across the planet. Complaints, when justified are often listened to even the if we don’t think so. Complaints because we are unhappy that we have to wait for our pieces a few more weeks also get heard. If they can’t change the delays, they just change the service offer. This is what I think happened here. this is my view, don’t hate me for it but I think we should complain less and realize that we have a great chance to have this service. Cool!! Thanks! edit: just checked. Still at 0.00 here in Canada -

Just did the same thing an hour ago without any problem. In fact I have done it quite a few times before. It is easier than to watch every day every few hours. ;) She didn’t give me a date though but I didn’t ask. -

The fact that they are there and available to purchase )when in stock) is great. I ordered the few parts that are still available from the black falcon (hat and feather) and I am very hopefully they will be back in stock soon -
