I think you should play the Pee Pot. -Please? You're really lucky Heleanor isn't playing. She'd kick your @$$! -
You're pushing your luck.

Interesting MOC. I like the idea of a thief haven. Lots of details inside and out, but I think I like the street and wagon the best. Nice job!

Castle fan Black Rabbit creates a nicely detailed Slums District. Most impressive is the multi-layered cobblestone street.

Wow! This is truly amazing. Just to layer the entire roof with cheese-slopes must have taken days. The overall appearance is aesthetically pleasing, and the details fantastic. Excellent job on this. Will you be sharing some interior images?

Thank you all for the nice feedback. It's always a pleasure to read the comments re. one's creation. -and special thanks to Ras for taking the time to front-page. I must admit that I was not happy with the final entrance to the arena. It was just lacking those additional details (like an open arena, people, and a bull). With a very limited supply of bricks I didn't use for the village, I created not one wall, but rather three (including the entrance). Not sure if I wanted another arch/tower, I chose rather a custom clock decal I used for my Ghost Train Abandoned Station and the Haunted Clock Tower of Grimwell Manor. The decal has an "old-world-look" that I think looks pretty good. In addition, the new walls utilize the 5x6 wall sections with the flat side facing the inside of the arena (partially covered with an arch), with the opposite side (indented side) facing the outside. This required double-sided decal walls. Here are the four custom "decal bricks" with authentic bullfighting artwork: Hinges between each of the three walls also allow the partial arena to fold straight open. While some of you may question the use of the farm cow as a bull, I did do some research and found this actual bullfighting bull reassuring me that the black and white cow isn't too bad. I must admit that I haven't opened the Medieval Market yet which would have provided a better fighting bull. So here is the new Plaza de Toros that has been expanded to include bleachers, people, a bull, and larger arena: I'll share some additional images to include the front-side tomorrow.

Hmmm... Let me think... It's coming back to me now. Seems it reminds of my younger days, back when I was playing the dating game: -

The HP Train is mentioned in the following licensed topic (as mentioned above): Harry Potter 2010 Discussion Thread. I was tempted to close this topic, but as this is a train, and we have our our Train forum, I'll go ahead and leave it open if anyone wants to discuss. -

No really, he was my neighbor. I think he was a year younger, but he was the Pee Pot. - honest. -
Nice truck, but please resize your image to site guidelines (<800x600).

Expanded Arena as of 1/17/2009: What started out as a hidden Aztec treasure trove soon found itself rebuilt as the entrance to a a Bull Fighting Arena. My 12th Old Mexico creation, Plaza de Toros introduces the famous sport of bullfighting to the Town with No Name. The signs on the wall have not been photo-shopped, but actual decals from bullfighting signs/artwork with some custom lettering (part of the decals). While this creation is not much more that a wall with door and entrance, it provides some inspiration to building a much larger creation that could serve as the entrance to entire bullfighting arena. NOTE: Bull not included

Keep in mind, it is a Wonka train. I wouldn't expect a traditional steam locomotive.

Quick funny story on the subject (before I forget). When I was growing up (but a wee lad), I lived next door to a boy about the same age who always had the wet pants. All the other kids on the block couldn't help to notice that his crotch area always seemed to have a wet spot around it. One of my family members noticed it as well, and started calling him Pee Pot. His last name also started with a "P", making the nick-name even funnier. To make it worse, we would play squirt guns, and you know where we always squirted him. Kids are terrible, but it was so funny. Old Pee Pot! (NOTE: please don't change my title to Pee Pot - he was the other kid). -
This is fantastic LL. I love it! How creative and unique. Fantastic color. One does not see many purple trains, and being a Wonka variety, what better color could you have chosen? The engine somewhat resembles a European cargo train with it's flat stepped nose, but the back of the unit with its open and attached area looks like a tender. The chrome exhause pipes and your use of black slopes for side detailing add some aerodynamic styling. I like the use of the window pieces toward the front of the cab, making visibility very clear for the conductor. The open wagon reminds me a bit of the toy car from LEGOs Holiday Train, but definately different. It's interesting to see the use of the sloped bricks on the front and back, something that I think looks very good. -and you've got to love all those little sweet ingredients. I'd like some of the suculent cherries and sweet pineapples please. Lastly, great selection of accessories that add a lot to this fantastic train creation. The use of the die with hoses for recharging the engine (electric I would imagine?) is very clever. Green-Joker hair Oompas, and the cones and barrel - top notch! This is very deserving of a front-page. Great job LL! Thanks for sharing.

Since Train Tech became it's own forum, EB members are really seeing a multitude of fantastic train creations. LegoLyons brings us the latest with his wacky purple Wonka Express. Packed with unique ingredients for many candies and sweets, his creative train is on its way to the Chocolate Factory; and check out the amazing accessories.
