Has anyone spotted the sandspeeder in the UK yet?

The containers are supposed to be deployable mines. This is from legos description but it should be accurate since it does look like they are on a conveyor. Please do keep updating us, I very much enjoy and look forward to the progress you keep making with your design. If anything, I do try and follow your progress so you know you have a fan :)

Haha no worries, my advice is to find a store that will sell you the most parts at a cheap rate then go for whatever is left little by little. Will you be modifying your design once the movie or additional pictures come out?

How many pieces do you think the lego kit and your AT M6 have in common? I do want to make your version but save on as many pieces as possible

I find it interesting that you've seen pictures of ACH-TO training, the battle pack and the dual microfighters yet you give us details on the AT-ST set?

U Wing personally, it's biggest downside is making figures stand up in the compartment but other than that it's very long and fun for display and play. You get more figures and a better deal overall. Kylos TIE just seems inferior and the only reason I can recommend it is you personally like the silencers design more. The command shuttle has good figures but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise

Those cylinders are deployable mines. I'm guessing in application, they would move on a belt and fall off to the ground

Highly unlikely with solo and TLJ sets needing a window in the summer wave. Retail exclusive is the only likely scenario here. I'm guessing there will be a fair mix up of OT, PT and ST sets judging by release patterns so there s my 2 cents. Of course they may do something down the line like they did with clone wars and tartovskies clone wars too.

For the sake of a different opinion ill say that the bigger 3 sets are really good. The star destroyer and the bomber are amazing and have a lot of play and display value. Out of all three force Friday waves, my favourite sets (not counting sets that existed in the OT) would be the U wing and hovertank by far and the FO troop transport which all had very strong reasons to make them likeable sets. While imo the star destroyer and bomber are very pleasing to look at, the star destroyer needed better Canon details and mechanisms and both sets needed to be scaled better. I just managed to get the dropship with AT-OT set and it towers both these sets but isn't as smooth or sturdy when compared to modern sets. So really it's not the wave, but more of the source material and lego just compensating piece count with set durability. I believe this will be a wave where the winter wave e Will hold better sets, if not then well we may get some good PT sets this summer :D

@Whovastron thank you for sharing your thoughts! Glad to get some idea of what it's like. I've heard that all the panel are removable and that there is the ability to MOC in more interior, is this true?

Hence why scalpers exist. There are better things to sell for profit, ill never understand why people choose lego out of all of it

The catalogue says January but the sandspeeder could be a December release by itself

I asked stash about this amongst this whole topic and he said the sandspeeder is a possible December release, hence why the thread is still relevant.
