  1. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I definitely wasn't expecting it to look this good.
  2. Impressive necro!
  3. Cool! I'll have to remember that connection.
  4. Very nice! The two 1x1 round plates with holes that the thrusters attach to, do they not move with that attachment?
  5. Wow. I'm surprised they've not popped up again since the mid 2000's.
  6. Looking great! I can tell you that the large sloped wedge pieces don't come in red at all, I already checked. Though I'd love to be proven wrong. :) EDIT: I was wrong, kinda. Those wedges do exist in red. But Studio lists them as £7.29, which is probably as good as non-existent. xD
  7. Haha, you scoundrel! To be fair, that should be an official piece. I must say, it's being quite fun trying to figure this model out. :P
  8. I must say, you have me baffled. I've been trying to figure out for a while now how you attached those round 4x4 plates behind the cockpit. Every connection I can come up with intersects the upper mudguard piece.
  9. I'd certainly be interested to see how it's put together. I'm curious about the upside-down construction, I spent ages messing with my A-Wing's underside before I was happy with it.
  10. Ooh, now that's a nice A-Wing!
  11. There probably is one out there, but I usually just look up the Aurebesh on Wookieepedia. :)
  12. Great rendition. :)
  13. It actually just says "Cantina". But it looks good there regardless. :)
  14. Great walkers! It's hard making them accurate and not fall apart in your hands at this scale, but it's worth it. :)
  15. Nice build! Looks really sturdy.
  16. I really like that wing connection! I'll have to adapt my Interceptor to use a similar method. :)
  17. Nice mod. :) I forget how much they cost, but the sai dagger accessory makes a nice alternative to dishes for the blaster tips. I find the best way to attach them is with a 1x1 cone and a 1x1 stud with a hole. They're not quite as big as the actual thing, but they have the three-pronged shape without being really bulky.

It's very similar, but it's hardly identical. There's not really any other parts that work for the cockpit (I prefer to use a single piece, instead of a brick-built canopy). As for the shape of the wings, there's not really any other way to get that shape, unless I'd used sloped bricks instead of plates, but that would add structural problems that weren't worth it for me.

    Thanks!
  21. This thing has been sitting on my shelf for months now, but I've been afraid to touch it in case the wings popped off. They were only attached with two clips each. D: So I finally got around to strengthening it recently and I can finally do this! https://flic.kr/p/2dGTQaB
  22. Very nice! The cockpit seems a bit small, but I can see how at this scale making it bigger might make it too big.
  23. That's some impressive detail for such a small scale!
  24. Great use of stud shooters, and the turntable base!
