Perfect summary. By the way, if anyone knows of helmets for any other Rebel Pilots (from any other squadrons as well), please let me know. Really? Based on this image, Wedge's helmet seems pretty accurate for Blue 5. Interesting choice for Merrick as well. Based on leaks, his upcoming appearance in the Advent Calendar looks pretty accurate. No idea where I got Parill Rita from. Thanks for the correction. For Derek Klivian, I based his helmet off of this image. Dex Tiree was based on this image.

I can only hope so. I've expressed my want for a new Endor Bunker here as well.

After looking closer at the T-16 Pilot minifigure, this seems correct. The helmet also closely resembles Luke's training helmet onboard the Falcon in ANH, which I was planning on using it for. I'll have to order some more then. . What helmet would you recommend instead then? I wasn't planning on doing Scarif's Red Squadron, but that's good to know.

Can we please get an updated Speeder Bikes set? Two updated Scout Troopers and an updated Endor Luke and Leia. Would be great at a $25-30 price point. A J-type Nubian Royal Starship or H-type Nubian Yacht would make for a cool set as well. And it could even include a new version of Padme and Ric Olie.

Hey Atlas, what method did you use to remove the "damaged" printing from Padme? I'm thinking about doing this myself.

Gonna try this for some of the minifigures first. Thanks. -
None of the available helmets really make for a good Garvin Dreis minifigure. I think the only one that even comes close is Luke's helmet.

Well for one, everythng is glued. Even some sections that are supposed to move. And a few of the minifigures. Plus when I get a complete set, I usually like to build it for myself. -
I for one would love updated Endor Bunker and Home One sets. Just picked both 7754 and 8038 up today and while the builds are pretty solid, the minifigures could use some updating...

So at a local convention today I found a smoking deal. 7754 and 8038 - two of my white whales - for $60 total. However, Home One is unfortunately (mostly) glued. Is there any way I can safely remove the glue? I've heard nail polish remover without acetone will do the trick but I'm not sure. -
That torso is practically made for Biggs. But I'm more partial to this version of Captain Antilles (from earlier in this thread).

With Rowan, you mean? Sweet, I'll be able to put the one I get from this year's Advent Calendar to use.
-
That isn't possible. The visor is part of the new mold. Plus it would stand out among the older helmets anyways. If the new mold simply added a visor to the old one, I'd be okay with it.
-
Probably cry first. Then realize that the new helmet mold is awful and stick to the old ones. What to do about printed arms, though...

MOC/WIP Imperial Star Destroyer rebuild
aroseinbloom replied to TheGeneralMoe's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Wow. Just... Wow. Any consideration towards creating building instructions when you're done? -
You know, I wasn't ever planning on outfitting my entire collection of Rebels and Imperials with the FireStarToys arms... And then I learned that both the UCS TIE and UCS Snowspeeder include minifigures with printed arms. Really? Sigh. Maybe once I have more money to spend...

Maybe a Royal Guard torso and Mickey legs with a red kama skirt? Not sure what to do for the helmet. Also those suggestions should fit perfectly, thanks.

I've got a few customs I should show off here sometime, but does anyone have designs for purist customs of - Bail Organa - Galen Erso - General Dodonna - Nien Nunb - Zam Wesell (specifically the head) - Zuckuss (preferably non-brick-built head) Any help is appreciated.
