  1. If this is real, it looks like my speculation about The Sandman and the hourglass being connected to dream sand might be at least partially correct
  2. Lego didn't market Monkie Kid in most areas outside China, so the theme didn't sell well. In my country only the Lego stores in big cities with a Chinatown district stock Monkie Kid anymore
  3. I mean, there have been rumours for about a decade now. I've stopped paying attention LOL
  4. When we eventually get a movie version of Wicked The Musical, I hope there's Lego sets. The Wizard of Oz CMF figures were super popular
  5. Yeah where the eff is my Wicked: The Movie? It's time already!!
  6. There's no way we'll get a minifig that awesome in the Ninjago theme
  7. He's a creepy AF talking normal crab in the live action trailer. Briar Rose/Aurora is in the latest CMF series, so maybe a minifig Prince Philip would make sense for a micro scale castle? (Assuming he's not among the many Princes and Princesses rumoured for the bigger set we're allegedly getting?)
  8. Are Scabior and The Carrows characters then? (I don't remember them from reading the books twice, and I'm certainly not reading that woman's literature ever again.) I assumed Scabior was a mistranslation of Scabbers?
  9. Maybe it's loosely based on the movie? There's a whole Mario and DK team up. Not getting minifigure sets based off the movie sucks Mega Blocks though. Why are Lego so out of touch with what consumers want?! 😡
  10. I NEED this for my Lego webcomic!
  11. Wait... Is Ras an animal?! Is he from Chima? Why does his colouring match The Crystal King's look? Or is he just wearing a wolf/panther mask? Is he the same character as the differently armoured one called Raz in that one leak showing Raz and Ras as two different minifigures? The leak on the Ninja-guy-yo Tumblr (not gonna link it here obvs)
  12. It's just occurred to me that the characters depicted in set 60388, that lots of people speculated would show up in Lego Dreamzzz, aren't pictured in the leaked image
  13. A barn full of Dogs and Autumn leaves chocolate unattended?! Hope a Veterinarian set is coming soon. Finding out they all hung out without her won't help Paisley's shyness. Looks like the upcoming stable set will give us Henry. Maybe we'll get a sheep too, I don't think the Friends sheep mould has been used in a long time. This episode adds more weight to the Liann has ADHD theory. I was surprised that Aliya had never been horse riding considering she's constantly being coded as a horse girl. I wonder if the Bernese Mountain Dog puppy is related to Daisy? Looks like Milo and Popsy are still looking for homes. Good to get another named adult character. I wonder if the Science teacher will show up in minidoll form eventually?
  14. If all the realms are merging, I wonder if they'll do another Chima crossover? I mean the Chima theme is long dead so it wouldn't make much sense from Lego's business perspective, but Chima is an established realm within Ninjago's lore. Since Lego is putting lots of resources into Lego Dreamzzz, (with a new TV show etc.) - it would make marketing sense to have a brief glimpse into the dream realm as part of the multiverse aspect of this new season of Ninjago. Or even the world of Monkie Kid.
  15. I wonder if we get Snow White minidoll sets eventually... Will the dwarves bodies be like these new Lego character bodies we're apparently getting in this new theme? https://www.instagram.com/p/Cqd2ZRQrF99/
  16. The Sandman uses sand to put children into a dreaming state in lots of mythology/folk tales/stories so maybe that's the connection? Or perhaps the characters forays into the dream world only last until the sand runs out of a special hourglass? * I wonder if the mushroom pieces seen in the leaks for set 43215 will show up in Lego Dreamzzzzzzzzzzzzzz?
  17. I got mail! *** And there's a new hey Friend episode where Andrea Libman seems to be doing her Fluttershy/Nyad/Pinkie Pie voice more than her Autumn voice maybe?
  18. Am I correct in thinking that there are no webisodes for 2023 Ninjago Core? So far, the only media I have seen that tells the story of The Ninja's battle against the Bone Warriors is this UK and Europe magazine which a lot of countries don't get. I decided to make a short video, mainly to let people know what Lego's official story for 2023's Ninjago Core sets is and to show some of the comic artwork. The story, as detailed in the comic, is that the Ninja are training in caves under the Sea of Sands when they discover a hidden Sanctum and awake the Bone Warriors. The Bone King is trapped on an altar within swirling red energy, and commands his warriors to find the 5 Bone Weapons to free him. It seems the Bone weapons that come in the sets are like an evil version of The Golden Weapons of Spinjitsu. The Bone Warriors leave via a bridge which they destroy behind them to delay the Ninja and escape in their mechs. The Ninja soon follow, riding their 2023 Core Evo vehicles and Dragons. They battle the Warriors en route to the first Bone Weapon but are unsuccessful in stopping them from reaching the location as the Bone Warriors use nets and create a sandstorm to afflict the Ninja. The Bone Warriors shout their catchphrase, where one shouts "In The Name Of The Bone King!" and the others respond with "In His Name!" The Bone Warriors dig the Bone Scythe out from underneath a car repair facility, then block the Ninja inside and sabotage the Ninja's vehicles before escaping with the 1st weapon. The story ends with Master Wu mentioning he saw a map in the Sanctum where the Bone King is imprisoned that will lead the Ninja to The Bone Weapons. Pretty interested to see where the story goes in future issues.

  20. Just ordered these Oh, and I finally opened, built and reviewed the set I bought on January 1st My prediction based on the Heartlake map locations is that we'll get an apartment building with apartments for Aliya and Zac in one set
  21. They made a new mould for the Goat. It's coming in a Castle set
  22. There are instances of people just being named Nova by their parents. I assumed mostly in America? I think it's only become popular in recent years though, you mostly hear it being a child or teen name. If he's called Rick, his surname better be Roll 🤣 I wonder why Lego don't give surnames to main characters in Friends? Ninjago/Nexo Knights/Hidden Side etc characters got surnames. It feels weird in cartoons when someone's in a situation where a surname would be used and it becomes conspicuous by it's absence. Maybe a future big set around the size of the Main Street Buildings and Downtown Flower and Design Stores will be an apartment complex? It'd be a good way for Lego to get more people to buy an expensive set if it's where a main character lives. Lego City is getting one this year and they reuse set ideas from Friends for City and Vice Versa all the time.
  23. Independent, unscripted, not sponsored (obviously 😅) fan review of the LEGO Friends 2023 set 41754 Leo's Room. With 203 pieces for anyone 6+. Includes 2 Minidolls.. Churro, the world's grumpiest chonkiest Catto!.. A Ring Light setup with a cell phone, a Bakery Vlogging Studio, Bunk Beds, Baked Goods, Cat Food, Cat Toy, Scuba Gear, A Balcony, A Cookbook, Surfboard, Camera and Photos, Drink Bottles, Ball and Goalpost Net. Blody YT turned off comments again 😡
  24. Can't believe I forgot that was today 😅 Fortunately it eventually came up in my YT notifications. We need minidoll backpacks. Was that the old Lego Trains logo on Zac's backpack? The modified Lego Space logo on Nova's folder was a fun Easter Egg, though it felt unrealistic that they didn't say the name of the game. Pretty sure we got a rear view of the Downtown Flower and Design Stores set across the street from the school. The Unity Street section looks pretty different from the set. I wonder if Aliya's parents and Zac's parents don't get along? She said she hadn't seen him in years. Paisley has zero chill. And what was the deal with Zac trying to wrestle Paisley's guitar off her? It didn't really fit his character, it was more like the writers just wanted to contrive an incident. I wish we'd got a new print for the minifigure guitar in the sets that matched the one in the show. Was good to see Jordin in the Student Council meeting. Hopefully characters from the sets, such as Niko, will have decent roles in the show instead of how Girls on a Mission had major characters who never got made as minidolls like Carter, Dr Alvah and Jeremy. Was hoping we'd hear Charli speak, but we probably never will. Can't believe that not only are Lego playing into the Irish people are pale with red hair stereotype, but they have Paisley being preoccupied with Luck too. I'm surprised they didn't dress her in Green. I expect her dad is a secret Leprechaun 🙄🤣 Nova is 100% a Nindroid, that's why that one Soccer girl looks like Nya, she's come from Ninjago to track down the rogue Nindroid. 🤣 Come to think of it, robots would explain why all the Cafeteria Workers are identical 🤔🤣 Nova's gamer tag was Lollipop in the special, but now it's Supernova? Maybe it depends on the game or Console? I wonder if our next school themed set will be the Gymnasium with the sports court and interior and exterior climbing walls? Would be a good way to get several minidolls wearing the sports kit and the Gym Teacher. I can tell how the decoration on the outside would be built with tile bricks. I hope we eventually get minidolls of the green haired backgrounder, the backgrounder with Mei from Monkie Kid's hairpiece in lavender and the silver haired Student Council member. I'm interested to see how Nova's character will develop, I can't currently imagine her even noticing a stray dog; let alone rescuing one. It was a decent episode, nothing too special. Hopefully we get more world building soon, and see more of the sets in the show. I wonder what the release schedule for new episodes will be like? Hopefully they'll come out pretty frequently. I wonder how many they have planned?
