Hello, Ramses25! Your Tie Striker is looking pretty good so far. I like the wing connection, it looks strong. I definitely prefer your wings to the previous design, the studs on top look much better! Kind regards, Ellis.

[MOC] Anakin's Aethersprite Interceptor Booster Ring
Ellisss_2 replied to jamiejme's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I know, but if he releases the LDD or sells instructions for it, 2573 will definitely have to go.- 6 replies

[MOC] Anakin's Aethersprite Interceptor Booster Ring
Ellisss_2 replied to jamiejme's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hello, @jamiejme! Your model looks fantastic, I actually like the large panels on top of the ship. This is great for your first post and MOC, I look forward to seeing more! May I suggest finding a different piece for the boosters (2573) at the back, they cost over $40 on Bricklink. Kind regards, Ellis.- 6 replies

Looks beautiful, great use of SNOT! I love the underneath it looks really smooth! The greebling on the top really adds to the moc's looks.

Hello, VaderFan! This is much better, I love the plasma chamber! However, I wonder if it would be better if the abyss that Darth Maul falls down would be better as a half for playability. Also maybe redesign it using hinge bricks, there is something that I despise about those curved bricks. Kind regards, Ellis.

Hello! Looking pretty good, but I would agree 100% with krisandkris12 great take on the cockpit! The top fin definitely needs a solid brick structure then this model would be fantastic. Also get rid of those stud shooters! Jokes! I love the ramp as well it looks awesome, nice take on accessing the interior too! Kind regards, Ellis.

Hello, and welcome to Eurobricks! This Falcon is flawless! Congrats on making the instructions, it's the one thing I cannot do. I have to say though, I don't like how you have used brass rods, but the looks make up for it! Great improvements too! I agree with Smitty500 the SNOT and stud design looks beautiful and has a great contrast! Kind regards, Ellis.

This is absolutely amazing... I love how you have included the wampa scene! Also liking how the base doesn't have a top, so it easily accessible from above! The patch of melted ice is a nice addition too! 10/10!!!

[UCS] [WIP] [MOC] Venator Class Star Destroyer
Ellisss_2 replied to Ellisss_2's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hello, @VolcanoHands, and welcome to the forums! Firstly thank you! I am hoping to get my model finished for late March. If you are interested, the difference between my model and say Primus' or QuiGon's is that it is a quite a lot larger. Although it is larger I have maintaned detail, strength(which I am currently working on), scale and a low piece count 1900 bricks at the moment. Kind regards, Ellis. -
[UCS] [WIP] [MOC] Venator Class Star Destroyer
Ellisss_2 replied to Ellisss_2's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Just a render showing the updated frame and bridge section! -
I'm pretty disappointed with the UCS Snowspeeder to be honest, it's been made before... At least TLG have made an effort over the last couple of UCS sets.

[UCS] [WIP] [MOC] Venator Class Star Destroyer

Thank you very much! I am working on some higher res pictures, the problem I seem to be having is that only 10% of the image is the model and the rest empty space. -
[UCS] [WIP] [MOC] Venator Class Star Destroyer
Ellisss_2 replied to Ellisss_2's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hello, all! A huge update, in my opinion, the shape of the model is much more alike and scale to the Venator. I think the compositions are near perfect now, @krisandkris12? The rear is much wider, I only had to make some slight alterations to the frame. However, the model keeps on getting larger, much closer to Anio's version now. I guess the ISD scale I was trying to maintain is thrown out now. I have an order on the way from Pick a brick for the bridge. Just thought I would include some specifications according to Bricklink's stud.io: Width: 51.4 Studs Length 103.2 Studs Height: 29.7 Studs Weight: 1.011kg Pieces: 1737 Thank you for reading, Kind regards, Ellis. -
Hello, @roadstermatt I remember now, the model does hold exactly that amount of crew and troops, as I redesigned it for that purpose. Kind regards, Ellis.

Woah, guys, it's a model chill! I think it is down to images at the end of the day, but I do agree with @legoSWfan it needs altering.
-
I will try changing the nose shape. With regards to the number of figs in the troop bay, I cannot remember either. Glad you can't wait for the LDD/instructions.
-
Hello, @Ramses25! Thank you very much, I will work on these improvements later! I am glad that it will be on yor top list to build. Kind regards, Ellis.

[MOC´s] Micro scaled Star Wars vehicles and vessels.

The shuttle is epic, you have captured it brilliantly! -
No problem, it looks so much like a render, I think this is because you have added a background!

I see where you are coming from, reference images tend to be very different, which is why you have to stick to one or very similar images.

Hello, @Khaled Yousef ! Beaut. This looks amazing, fantastic job I am mighty impressed . You have definitely got the 40th anniversary off to a good start, my goal is to complete my Venator, I can't wait to see the rest of your work! Great contrast between snot and studs! I cannot believe it is has taken you 9 years to complete, but it is definitely worth it. The UCS stand is fantastic too! I like how different it is to 10030, many others MOCs are pretty much the same apart from some minor changes. You need to build this with bricks now! Kind regards, Ellis.

Hello, KlodsBrik! Thank you very much, I really appreciate the feedback. You should definitely create a micro U-Wing, I am sure that it would look great! Kind regards, Ellis.

I do not think the engines are oversized at all, take a look at this photo!

Haven't done any work on this in a while, decided to do some, mainly after being reinspired by @StarBricks's model. Please help me improve the model! Thank you for viewing, Kind regards, Ellis!
