  1. @Jeroen Ottens, red, white, and orange would be your colour palette
  2. Could we find a way to bring it lower to the ground as well? Maybe have a two-stud gap when fully extended, one stud when fully retracted. is that possible? Glad to hear it, keep us updated!
  3. @KikoTube I don't have a pair of the hubs you used for your axle. I looked at the LXF, and I believe it can be built using the normal ball-joint hubs. Could you check for me? @Jeroen Ottens, Do you think you can start on the body with the Chassis we have so far? @TechnicRCRacer, I would like you to start working closely with Jeroen to integrate the headlights with the body work, and with Didumos to include the mechanism for said headlights. @BrickbyBrickTechnic, any clue on how long it'll be until you have access to your Lego? @Didumos69, excellent job with the frame, so far! @IA creations, how's that engine coming? @Offroadcreat1ons, any progress on the doors since you last checked in? Still looking for someone to design the interior!
  4. Excellent job, so far! Don't forget that Brickbybricktechnic is building the gearbox. HOG is a yes, please integrate it! Thanks for pointing that out!
  5. I am away from my PC right now, so I can't check any LDDs, But I'll test it out once I get home.
  6. In fact, he is! He has to design the pop-up headlights for this model.
  7. I hadn't thought about that. It's a good idea. Let's see what everyone else has to say.
  8. I am referring to how wide the car will be in total, minus the wing mirrors. So, with the wheels on the axle, the whole thing should not be wider than 25 studs.
  9. No, that doesn't work. The power (from/to the engine) needs to go through the housing, not through the outputs of the differential.
  10. Ok, we can extend the wheelbase to 25 studs wide, but we'll need to keep most of the bodywork fairly narrow. Maybe design it to look like it has a widebody kit.
  11. Wow! Excellent progress! @KikoTube, that is a good front axle, but you should try to integrate a differential. @Jim, thank you for changing the topic name that @Aventador2004 suggested. As @Jeroen Ottens mentioned, a tilt towards the front would be nice, though currently it's a little overboard, I think. Keep up the good work, everyone!
  12. How about the EB Multicontinental X? EB- Eurobricks Multicontinental- self-explanatory X- ten members working on the project
  13. Maybe reading what I had written before would be helpful: Wow! Great work!
  14. It is highly recommended, but keep in mind the differential doesn't have to be in between the wheels...
  15. Even without them, the problem persists, but worse.
  16. @Aventador2004 I built your LDD axle, and I recommend you try a different design. The one you uploaded isn't very smooth when the suspension is compressed. This is undesirable.
  17. The builder a take virtual models and build them in real life to see if they work. Sometimes the simplest mechanism's the best. Try some other stuff, maybe try a dihedral door.
  18. So, you've basically built the doors for a koegnigsegg. I was talking about something like from a Mclaren.
  19. I figured the rest of the interior wouldn't be very difficult, so I lumped it all together Please do! Looks good! Don't rush it, though. Take your time, make it good!
  20. OffroadCreat1ons answered your question. All features are up to the designers. It would be really nice if you could make your section as packed as possible, seeing as that's all you have to build. Sounds good, although you know we aren't building a truck, right? It's up to you, but it would be nice to have some. I put you in for the pop-up headlights. Are you sure you have time in the next few weeks? This project won't take one day. Okay, I've put you down. I'm still looking for an interior designer.
  21. I set 23 studs because I am looking for something unusual (pop-up headlights with butterfly doors?) 23 studs is wide, so it'll be stable. Sweet! Just remember, this is still an important part, so make it nice! Ok, I put you in for bodywork, but feel free to drop out any time. I have updated the list, but I need more builders. I know many of you can build off of a digital model, so please sign up! I also added a section I forgot to put: Interior. Feel free to sign up for that too!
  22. Good morning, everyone! Here is the full layout of the model. I will update this reply with names as people join in. Plan: We build an all-wheel-drive, mid-engined supercar using these wheels. The total width of the car will be 23 studs, length as needed. It would feature a four-speed gearbox, butterfly-wing doors, and pop-up headlights. 23. Exactly. That was what I was going to specify tomorrow.
