  1. A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one.
  2. I absolutely hate the Nya erasure in this theme. Male ninjas get multiple builds — two for Kai, Lloyd, and Jay, and one for Cole and Zane — while, guess what, Nya gets nothing. It's tiring at this point. No Nya themed sets at all. She's also rarely included in magazines — I have multiple ninjas each, and not a single Nya. She wasn't even included once in the Legacy magazine — nor the Legacy variant, nor Core, while we got over five of nearly each ninja.
  3. LMAO, we just got a list of thirteen Marvel sets for 1HY 2023 — and not a single DC set in sight. There aren't any.
  4. This actually sounds quite solid. All mechs are meh. No interest in getting more Thanos and Hulk as minifigures, although Rocket sounds like an interesting choice. Ghost Rider's Bike would sound cool, if not for the fact that it includes a mech for reasons unknown. Of course Morbin' Time takes the cake But really, it's genuinely hilarious that we're getting LEGO Morbius. More The Infinity Saga sets are always welcome, although I'm not a big fan of those choices. They don't appeal to me at all. Wasn't a fan of the 4+ Spidey sets, so I also don't care about those. Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 sets are something I'm extremely excited for. Probably the only Marvel sets I'll buy this year, unless we get some Blade sets.
  5. That's like clasifying Summer Ninjago wave as an August release, even though in most regions it releases in June.
  6. For real. This is the only set that's a part of DC Super Heores that first released in 2022. The Batman sets first released in 2021, the Art set is a part of a different theme, and the books and magazine gifts aren't even sets... This is depressing. But to be fair, this year also hasn't been good at all for Marvel imo. I can count the sets I genuinely like on the fingers of my single hand.
  7. It's not cancelled. The development process didn't stop, they are still working on it as much as they've been working a week ago. It just won't release on HBO Max.
  8. Nah, didn't mean the magazine gift. I was talking about Lloyd in The Crystal King set. Not only doesn't it match the other ninja, but it's just simply inaccurate to the series.
  9. It's extremely annoying that for some reason he uses a golden shoulder pad.
  10. I'm pretty sure we wouldn't get detailed descriptions so soon if the sets didn't come out in Winter 2023. I'm gonna stick to OG wave in January, and Indy 5 wave in April / May.
  11. Because we know it's not the Quinjet, Helicarrier, Milano, and Benatar, and those are the only iconic Marvel vehicles honestly. Unless it's a... 500€ THANOS-COPTER.
  12. Yeah, exactly. Hopefully that means we'll finally get Harry in his DH2 jacket, that's something we've surprisingly never gotten before. It's also nice to finally have a cheap set for movies after OoTP. We only got three, and all of them were 100€.
  13. Oh yeah, they most definitely will. They were the first 2023 sets we got descriptions for, so it's to assume they'll come out in January.
  14. So it's a 500€ vehicle, and it won't please a lot of people... To be honest, the fact that it's a 500€ vehicle is already not pleasing me
  15. Maybe should've specified, but I was talking about the rebooted theme. It only took them six years I have that Forbidden Forest set, but I can't really display it with 2018+ sets.
  16. Selling that as a 500€ set wouldn't make any kind of sense business-wise.
  17. That sounds so good The banners definitely sound intriguing, great to hear three minfigs are included. Finally we're getting The Second Task, we've been waiting a long time for that one. I might consider buying it, but it depends on the execution. As for Room of Requirements... OH MY GOD FINALLY A RELATIVELY CHEAP DEATHLY HALLOWS SET. So excited, I will buy it on Day One.
  18. We've gotten how many Luke's Landspeeders? Ten? Twenty? I remember when LEGO included moulded Fathiers in a video, and everyone thought we'd be getting a set with them. Would've been so cool. Canto Bight looked so good (even if that whole subplot was a bit unnecessary).
  19. Absolutely. I'd kill for more The Last Jedi sets, it's my favourite Star Wars project ever. Unfortunately, I missed out on Snoke's Throne Room or the Ahch-To set, so I'd happily get more sets based on this movie. I feel pretty fulfilled with The Force Awakens (Starkiller Base set) and The Rise of Skywalker (nothing, and that's how I'll leave it), but I still want them to release more Sequel Trilogy sets. I hate that LEGO has apparently forgotten it exists.
  20. Imagine the outrage. This forum would have an absolute meltdown. I'm starting to think that those two sets might've been cancelled. When the year (in LEGO sense, because nearly all regular retailer sets release until October 1st) is ending, and we know only the set numbers for a set, usually it means it was cancelled — or postponed. Perhaps those set numbers were for Aquaman.
  21. I hate when LEGO is inconsistent with little things like that. The way they used mid legs before was also extremely confusing, thankfully now they've cleared it up tho.
  22. As I've said, I meant it personally. I get why others are hyped, but I couldn't care less. I don't collect Microfighters, and I wouldn't buy one for a minifigure. I didn't like Mando S2. I heavily disliked a lot of the episodes, and I despised the finale. The synopsis for S3 makes me genuinely irritated, and I hated what they did in TBoBF. I don't even really plan on watching it, nor Ahsoka. I couldn't care less about the Mando corner of the universe tbh. And you misunderstood — I'm not saying I'm mad those sets are getting made, or they shouldn't be. I'm just saying that I don't care about any of them.
  23. The sets sound like an objectively cool wave with big variety, but personally, it's a huge meh. Microfighter — meh. The Mandalorian S3 — HUGE meh. More helmets — meh (although I like the choices). Dioramas — I'd be hyped, but the prices make it the opposite. Do we need an 80€ Endor chase diorama, or another overpriced and oversized Death Star II duel? Would've been better at a lower price imo. TIE Bomber does sound really cool, and I'll get the 501st set, because it will sell like crazy in a few years (and it'll go along nicely with me regular 501st Battle Pack). AND I NEED MORE ANDOR SETS! PLEASE LEGO!
  24. Oh yeah, can't wait. Hopefully we'll get something good. Crossing my fingers for another Andor set — I think it might become my favourite Star Wars project, the trailers are incredible, and have blown me away, but I sure as hell ain't buying that overpriced set. (Especially since it's not available in retailers in my country, so I can't get a nice discount.)
