  1. I assure you that there would be absolutely no bad press at all for LEGO. It's a beloved movie series. Hate it or not, people love Indiana Jones as a franchise. LEGO releasing sets based on it is not hurtful in any way.
  2. I think we should just wait to see how the situation develops further. People are going insane on this forum.
  3. I think that some people are taking a franchise about an adventurer fighting Nazis a little bit too seriously Like, really, it's not that deep. They are one of the most popular 80's adventure movies. People love Indy, and The Dial of Destiny is one of the most anticipated 2023 movies.
  4. LMAO The whole process of making a LEGO set takes more or less eighteen months — and they cancel it a month before release. Ridiculous. Still gonna treat it as a rumour for now, but if it's true, this theme ain't getting more sets ever.
  5. Bruh, this would be genuinely hilarious. 2023 sounded like the best year ever for LEGO, and I feel like there are as many disappointments as the good stuff.
  6. He'll have nothing more than a new torso.
  7. Why do people on this forum keep forgetting that most LEGO sets are targeted towards kids. Low quality is debetable. Just because we hate the buildable figures and crappy car builds, doesn't mean that they don't sell well. Kids have to love a lot of the things we hate, because LEGO keeps making those sets. Clearly the buildable figures had to sell well, because we're getting three times as many of them this year, across different themes too.
  8. Okay, but that would happen only if LEGO didn't make any sets at all that one cares about. Just because I think most of the sets are trash, or not for me because of the price or things they are based on, doesn't somehow make me not want to buy the sets that I love. LEGO themes shouldn't be treated as a whole. It's not like you either love all the sets, or hate them all. Each set is an individual case.
  9. Why would anyone do that? Just buy the sets that you like, without minding the ones you don't. LEGO doesn't make sets specifically for you, you know?
  10. Oh, that's definitely intriguing. Especially in a LEGO DC discussion
  11. None of the piece counts even vaguely match the ones from the survey leak, which is... weird. The closest one is off by over 200 pieces.
  12. Bruh, no. Out of all the things they could do, they went with... Yoda's starfighter. What a disappointment. The leaks are true. They were backed up by reliable leakers such as @Falconfan1414. Also, @Renown has leaked Star Wars tuff in the last.
  13. Oh hell nah... please tell me this is a 4+ set Ridiculous.
  14. Okay but imagine if this set is also some buildable crap like the shield, or something as bad as the Hulkbuster. This would truly be the worst LEGO Marvel year ever.
  15. Glad DC is getting... well, any sets at all this year. Wonder if it's yet another Batmobile, or if they'll actually go in a different direction.
  16. The leaked figure is yellow, so there's that. It's yellow, trust me.
  17. Just you. Both of them use mid-legs. She's not, it's a colour distortion. The leaked image in higher quality has the correct colours — yellow, not light tan.
  18. Excellent series. I love all of those minifigures. I think it does a really god job of showing the variety of Disney projects, works really well for 100 Years of Wonder.
  19. @Falconfan1414 has confirmed they are real tho. And @Renown has accurately leaked Star Wars things in the past.
  20. It's like a huge, pathetic showdown Which theme is getting the worst Summer wave ever — Marvel or Star Wars?! Stay tuned to find out out! And then there's DC, where getting virtually anything is already a huge win.
  21. The CMF is a made-up leak from Instagram. This one is not happening in this decade. The rest are — unfortunately — very much real.
  22. 2HY sounds pretty awful so far The figures have to sell well among kids, but I have no interest whatsoever in them. A 200€ Chewbacca is a ridiculous idea. Who is that even for? The Mandalorian's microfighter sounds nice, but the price increase is unacceptable. 15€ for an 88-piece crappy build with a nice minifigure? No way. Yavin IV Base sounds fresh, and I like that that they're doing it. Having said that, I personally don't care about it. Ahsoka sets are whatever really, couldn't care less for more Favreau & Filoni content. A Young Jedi Adventures set is the only thing that sounds kinda intriguing.
  23. You realise that those names are probably much less accurate than the ones we got, right? They don't even sound like actual LEGO set name, because they were translated from German. Wiyldfire is not the name of a character, but it's a weird translation of the word heatwave, which is in the actual set name.
  24. I genuinely can't tell if you're being serious or not lol
