More or less the same for me. If I was making this movie, I'd make a Spider-Man on the run movie titled Spider-Man: Home Run. The government hires Kraven The Hunter to help them apprehend Spider-Man. At the same time JJJ hires Mac Gargan as a detective, but later gives him powers like in comics. Kraven fails to catch Spidey, and we see him becoming more and more independent and determined, so much that he wants to kill Spider-Man instead of catching him. He also wants to kill Scorpion, because he wants all the glory for defeating Spider-Man. So we have this kind of hate triangle, where everyone is trying to stop / kill each other. Also, Spider-Man has to use his homemade suit (either the old one or new one) so it's harder to track him. Not only would I take this any day over the multiverse stuff, but it would have potential to be the best Spider-Man movie.

The Lizard may appear in NWH, but not in the way you'd hope... That's the problem I have with this movie. They introduced like 3 original villains, and then when they have the best set-up ever for a superhero movie (a movie with Kraven and Scorpion hunting Spidey would practically write itself), they choose to throw in every multiverse villain... A part of me hopes that all of those rumours are fake, but we know that they are not... I just hope they go back to regular movies in the next trilogy or whatever they've planned.

There are rumours circulating that a trailer might be near, some people are speculating June 1st which is Tom Holland's birthday (like Shang-Chi trailer on Simu Liu's birthday). I think that in this movie there will be no new villains (like Kraven or Scorpion), but they'll just reuse every possible villain from previous movies (Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Electro etc.). Electro and Doc Ock are the only officially acknowledged villains, so I expect those 2 to pop up in sets (finally a yellow and black / dark green Electro). Don't expect Scorpion tho, like at all. I'd say that the 20€ set will be Spidey, MJ and a villain (like Doc Ock) with a vehicle, and the 40€ set will be Spidey, Strange and 2 villains (like Green Goblin and Electro), with Strange's prison for villains. So in the October wave I expect Holland's Spidey and some multiverse villains (the main villain and other 2 officially acknowledged ones). If they do a 2nd wave, I expect another 2 sets with Andrew and Tobey Spider-Men and remaining villains (or a big 1 set).

I wouldn't say it's "likely" - as far as we know, it's Steve's WW2 Mech, and we have no reason to believe otherwise unless a reliable leaker says so. I'd love it tho, it would be a much more interesting set.

I agree with you. Although Lego rarely does more sets for Marvel movies after the first wave (CW, Endgame, The Infinity Saga... and that's it?), I hope they realise how much potential lies in sets with 3 Spider-Man and Sinister Six or whatever. I really wonder how those 2 October sets will look tho, especially if they decided to keep all multiverse elements to themselves. What do you mean? We know all the characters in the CMF line-up.

I'm not sure if this will happen. The first trailer will be a good indication of what we'll get - it all depends how they treat multiverse. Whether they decide to keep every multiverse element a secret (that'd be such a weak move, as everything leaked), or reveal everything, including Spider-Men and villains from the multiverse. I'd expect the first option, as there are only 2 NWH sets - they'd surely do more if they knew how many villains there'll be.

What do you mean? T. Rex Dinosaur Fossil? Visitor centre, and it can't be a coincidence that it just played a big role in S3. Carnotaur Dinosaur Chase? Toro, and a random vehicle (there were plenty). Baryonyx Dinosaur Boat? Yacht played a huge role in S3, and Baryonyxes are out there (it makes perfect sense to be 2 of them, just like in CC).

I meant the fact that every possible leak is out there. It's not like Endgame, where we didn't know anything until like a week before. We know everything before even the first trailer cam out. Also, what's wrong with mentioning Mysterio? This isn't even slightly a spoiler for NWH, he isn't going to appear in it as far as we know.

Well to be fair if Mysterio was going to appear in NWH, not to mention in such capacity to guarantee a whole set, we'd have known by now. This movie is the world's worst kept secret... we know every villain, every character, and (seems it's true) the whole plot too.

Nope, it's already confirmed to be a FFH set by the same person who provided us with that rumour. Also, a 4+ set is not something you expect for a new superhero movie (we never got one in the first wave).

Yeah I also finished watching Camp Cretaceous S3, and I loved it. Such a great series. I seriously hope the sets will be based on that series, it has SO MUCH potential. The set names also fit perfectly.

I wonder if people are calling Scorpi(o/u)s Rex ugly in a negative or positive way. The whole point of this hybrid was that it was too ugly for display, Masrani didn't want it. So it works perfectly. I think he was talking about the fact that you called it a leak, but it's an official image.

Advent Calendar is a September set tho. CMF is either August or September, we don't know yet.

Well that minfigure selection is absolutely terrible... Spider-Man is the only one that sounds plausible, unless he has some Christmas elements - don't get me wrong, I like Christmas minfigures, but I'm talking about usability outside of Christmas setting. Accessories from yesterday sound so dope tho - full Gauntlet, Proof That [...] tile and Mysterio's drone. The rest that we know of are just micro builds like Helicarrier or whatever, so those also suck.

I'm not sure how reliable this is, but we have info on how AC minifgures look: Spider-Man (yellow Homecoming jacket), Iron Man (ugly sweater with 2020 helmet and hairpiece), Thor (2020 with IW hair), Black Widow (2020), Captain Marvel (2020 without helmet), Nick Fury (2020 with grey beanie) and Thanos (2020 without helmet and leg printing).

For real, people sometimes act like "well I'm not going to buy that set because that minfigure from that set might appear 3 years later in a polybag" lmao
