I mean if we consider both of them "super desired minifigs", then so are Andrew and Doc Ock. And if they won't mix those minifigs in sets, that would mean at least 4 more sets.

I kinda like the idea that 2 of those villains would be brickbuilt, and having sets made around those. Like for example: A ~40€ set with brickbuilt Sandman and some side builds, including Tom's Spidey, Andrew's Spidey, Electro and Lizard. A ~60€ set with brickbuilt Rhino and a bridge build or whatever, including Tom's Spidey, Tobey's Spidey, Green Goblin, Doc Ock and Aleksei.

Provided that we'll get the whole Multiversal Sinister Six, how would you guys rank how excited you are to get those villains? For me it'd be: 1. Lizard - our first Lizard minifigure, and the fact that he'll wear a lab coat and purple pants make it even more exciting 2. Green Goblin - not only is it Dafoe's Goblin, but he has a new suit with more purple 3. Doc Ock - such an iconic villain, I can't wait to see how they do his tentacles 4. Electro - his suit in the movie isn't that exciting, it's Jamie Foxx in a workers (neon yellow) jacket, but still excited to get a new Electro (and Foxx's face) 5. Rhino - seeing as it'll likely be the horrible TASM2 design, and we got a build with Aleksei inside similar to it, it won't be as exciting as getting a new design for him 6. Sandman - this is possibly one of the most comicbook accurate looks for a movie characters, and we've already got 4 Sandmans (in all stages of sand), but still wondering which form they'll choose

Oh I agree, it makes perfect sense in NWH and I absolutely love it. I just meant the attitude like "I don't need any new versions, I'm fine with the old ones being the only ones".

I don't think so. Let's take Lizard for example - just because he appears for some scenes in NWH doesn't mean they can't do a much more different and perosnal story about Connors in Peter's college. It has a lot of potential. Also, we don't know if Sony will be willing to use characters from SSU as villains in next Spider-Man movies (Venom, Carnage, Morbius, Kraven etc.). If not, most of the more popular villains are already taken. I dunno, it's kinda like saying "no, I don't want to see new interpretations of those characters but keep wanting to having the same people playing them".

I don't think it means that all of those villains won't appear as their MCU versions. If they want to continue with another trilogy (or even beyond that), I think they'll have to go back to some of those villains. Osborn is such a complex character that they could make their own version that's barely similar to the Dafoe version. And speaking of Green Goblin... he's getting a new design. It will still be armoured, but it will include a lot of purple to make it more comicbook accurate. There was an image of it appearing in store, and many people thought it was fake. But yesterday pictures of someone actually having it leaked, like hand-in. The thing is, it's almost impossible to say if it's fake or not. Some people say it is, some it isn't. I guess we'll have to wait. Alfred Molina literally revealed it himself months ago It revealed / teased 5 villains: Doc Ock ("Hello Peter"), Green Goblin (Pumpkin Bomb and laugh), Electro (yellow lightning), Sandman (a big pile of flying sand or whatever) and Lizard (the dark shot with Peter in Strange's prison). The 6th member comes in later and it's So we need 6 villains and 2 Spider-Men, which gives us 8 figures. Now add 2 Tom Holland Spider-Man minifigs, it gives us 10 minifigs. We knew this for months lol. They had concrete art for 3 Spider-Man suits, so what they did was make only 1 NWH, but throw 2 of those suits into sets inspired by Homecoming and FFH - Vulture set has the Black & Gold Suit, and the Mysterio set has the Upgraded Suit.

There's a guy who leaked like 16 lines from the movie (and much more) nearly 2 months ago - 3 of them (word to word, pretty amazing) appeared in the leaked trailer. He also said (months ago) that the 1st trailer will just tease the Multiverse villains (and it did!), while the 2nd will That means that's when we can expect toy companies to officially reveal more merchandise, but with more spoiler stuff.

God, I can't wait to discuss potential sets after we see this in HD. The 2nd wave for NWH is my most anticipated Lego wave ever now, amd we don't even know if we're getting one
