Why? You're still going to buy them. It's a simple issue of logistics, Lego know what stock they'll have and where they can get it on shelves in time for Christmas.

Built the Tie Striker last night. I wasn't that impressed when I first saw pictures, but now I've built it and swooshed it around a bit.... ...might be my favourite set in recent history. The "wings up" position looks dumb, but that's simple solved by not engaging it. It is huge though, that surprised me.

I have the chance to get Krenics Shuttle or the Tie Advanced/A-Wing set. They're discounted down to the same price, but I can only get one. Which do people prefer? I'm leaning towards the Tie Advanced set, because it's retireing and I like it more than the shuttle which seems kinda dull. BUT I could be persuaded. So which do people suggest?

Well they'll probably be on lego.com straight away, but yeah. Stores near me have only just put 16 on the shelves.

Back from Rogue One. No spoilers, but id be amazed if we get many more sets from the flick. Not a huge amount to go off of, they could MAYBE eek out a third wave, but itd have to be stuff like another X-wing and other shops we've seen Lego do already. The likely hood of a Saw Gerrera minifig seems to be zero. Theres no real set they could make to include him in really.

I'm wondering if the Bounty Hunter pack will be more of a generic "scum and villainy" set to compliment the Death Gang figures in the Rathtar set.

Long story short: an order was "lost", a replacement order is being dispatched. But under status it says "under review". I've not seen this before, does anyone know what it means?

Bounty Hunter set sounds cool (oh, sorry, that was an opinion) amazed Lego haven't done this sort of character pack before.

It seems pretty clear the other dimensions aspect of the flick are relevant to the story of Joker trying to prove himself by unleashing utter chaos.

Well that's what Dimensions is, isn't it? Different franchises-- I mean, universes, colliding?

I wonder if the Bane set will be that truck with minifigures instead of the weird go cart drill thing that was speculated. And I can't help but feel like the version of Joker in a pilot's uniform would have been better in the CMF set instead of Arkham Joker.

I'm REALLY hoping there's gonna be a third wave. Or that wave 2 is an INSANE group of sets.

They usually sell exclusives in their stores, at least in the UK they do.

Guardians of the Galaxy toys are starting to be revealed, do we think that Lego will do the same, or are they a force unto themselves?

Didn't realise the UK date was the 16th. Think I might get that Skiff set day one; it's new for me AND I'll qualify for the A-wing pilot they're giving away.

I really hope we get that playing card piece The Joker has.

It may well be a character was needed as a throw away bit of exposition and they thought "megabluck it" and named the character that even though it had already been shot with a female character. or it was supposed to be Montoya and for some reason (licensing/idiotic morality ect) they were forced to change the name at the last minute. So is the UK the country that has to pay the same amount for these two sets even though one is MASSIVELY bigger than the other?

I've been wondering about this, especially considering there's 20 figures. Are they gonna be bigger boxes, or are some of these characters gonna be SUPER rare?

Which is fine if people have been collecting all this time. Otherwise your only choice is inflated after markets or hoping for rereleases. That's what I was thinking. It'd be cool if she was in the Two-Face set, considering their history.
