  1. I'm honestly surprised by more LBM sets. Shops near me have LOADS of the CMFs still and a lot of the sets are reduced by 20/30% Either they WAY over bought, or they're not selling well here.
  2. Sorry, have these rumours been actually confirmed, or is it just some guy claiming it's confirmed?
  3. Well the good news is Ego is pretty generic looking, so he's pretty easy to MOC.
  4. Ninjago. Hands down. I love the Lego Batman Movie sets, but they're minifigs with after thought builds. Meanwhile there's not one Ninjago Movie set with a crap build.
  5. Lego reddit has images for a lot of the sets. They look FANTASTIC.
  6. The prices for the two bigger sets sound expensive, but if they're anything like the Lego Batman Movie or Batman V Superman sets, they'll drop in price soon enough.
  7. Saw Guardians today. No spoilers (other than it's better than the first) but I will say the sets are weirdly unrepresentative of the movie. Like, there a're characters who deserves minifigs WAY MORE than those who got them. And those who did get them could have had new designs.
  8. I doubt it. They announced who he was months and months ago.
  9. Yeah, I get that. It still seems like they'd have been better off making the Catwoman set better value and doing a cheap Batgirl and Robin set like the Batman/Joker one.
  10. Picked up The Riddle and Penguin Car and Catwoman set (all reduced by 20%, seriously glad I didn't buy these sets straight away) and LOVE the cars, but the Catwoman set is terrible. £20 for a mini build and a bike, plus two common figures is a shame. I would have been happier with one exclusive villain instead of Batman and Robin.
  11. Shame they're going for such a generic looking Shocker, especially considering set photos have shown a better costume.
  12. That Hulk shoulder pad is still embarassingly wrong. It's silvery blue in the trailer, not primary blue.
  13. Thanks. Yeah. I still think the legs need work, but at a discount I think I'll grab it.
  14. Argos has Clayface for 23.99 too, I'm guessing it's not selling. I've got a voucher though, is it worth it? I'm still unsure about Clayface, but discounted the way it is, im tempted. What are people's thoughts on Clayface? Even discoubted, it feels like it deserves another minifig.
  15. They don't seem to be particularly good sets from either perspective. I can't see my little brother getting excited about either set, and while I'm excited about the prospect of a Shocker minifig, the rest are nothing to write home about. They feel similarly dissapointing to the Guardians sets.
  16. Is it just a Batman minifig? Nothing special?
  17. Yeah, they aren't listed on the U.K. site, but the Brickheads are.
  18. I wonder if that's a global date for the GOTG sets.
  19. Just watched a build video of the Milano set. It's actually a pretty good build technique wise, maybe better than the original, but it's too small.
  20. Or you could just answer the question, instead of posting like a dick and pointlessly adding more posts to the thread.
  21. The figure in question feels like it could be a giveaway with the dvd/bluray.
  22. Had anyone got the Making Of The Lego Batman Movie book? The previews I've seen make it look like it might be a good source of info for movie based mocs. Can't find it in any local book shops to look myself. Not for nothing, but 2.50 is a damn sight cheaper than whatever they'll go for on eBay.
  23. Love it. Although I can't help but feel like another villain instead id Batgirl would have been nice.
  24. Weird. I wonder why. Surely the point of a bundle is to discount them to boost sales. Well, it's been four days since I saw the flick and im still riding high on it. REALLY makes me want all the sets. Does anyone know if the Phantom Zone polybag has any unique parts, or is it possible to make more of those builds by bricklinking parts?
  25. There is a vague reference to him in LBM, and one to The Lego Movie. But I agree, I think they might keep the asthetic of it being kids playing, but repeating the same thing in every movie would get REAL old.
