Lego One Piece rumors and discussion
BrickBob Studpants replied to Battlinpanther's topic in LEGO Licensed
According to Unibricks on IG, the sets are getting revealed on April 9th! Fingers crossed that’s true!! -

Going for the bridge is a smart move since another Enterprise would be way too soon Sure, the ships look different, but the concept is too similar in its essence. The bridge is just as recoginsable (if not more so than the ship itself!) and thus makes for an excellent companion set! -
LEGO Pokémon 2026 - Rumours & Discussion

Yes, they‘re all 18+ ^^ Not really, in my opinion. Rayquaza is a popular legendary and Arcanine is a fan-favourite. Munchlax isn‘t hyper popular I think, but still worthy of a set ^^ -

A torso from TOS has leaked!! Interesting we first learn about this through a leaked part Must be from one of the still unknown Icons set. Fingers crossed it‘s a diorama of the bridge! -

Could work, but then the question is what the cards are in the context of the set The wanted posters work both as a collectible and as the in-universe thing, but these cards would not make much sense in-universe. The chocolate frog cards from HP were also oversized but still worked better scale-wise than giant business cards! -

Makes sense to me though since he didn’t have a bounty on his head, I assume, and thus no wanted posters He was a king in self-imposed exile, after all! True. I was thinking of 2x2 tiles, despite business cards obviously being rectangular rather than square ^^ -

They only had four new posters this season, so not sure they‘re gonna do them again… They might replace them with the Baroque Works business cards though! Combining them wouldn’t work sadly since the cards also being 2x3 tiles wouldn’t make much sense I doubt they’d get rid of the randomisation. -

Most likely, yes. After all, the leakers have confirmed that the Pokéball is the only set with minifigs and moulded Pokémon this year ^^ -

I highly doubt we‘ll see Dragon in the Loguetown set since it‘s basically just a cameo. Alvida is more likely I‘d say ^^ Even Bartolomeo has a higher chance! As for the Drum Island set, I‘d add Dalton, maybe at the expense of one or both of Wapol‘s henchmen Mr 9 unfortunately has next to no chance of appearing in a set, but I‘d love to have him in the marine ship along with a few other fellow Baroque Works members! I still think not releasing a small set with that silly ice cream truck, Igaram, Mr 5, and Miss Valentine is a huge missed opportunity That would‘ve been right up TLG‘s alley!! -

They did infiltrate that marine base in the opening scene, so hopefully to tie in with that? What draw would that set have otherwise in terms of minifigs? Tashigi alone won‘t sell a $170 set. That’s awfully pessimistic Mr 3 has to be in this! No Baroque Works members, but Dragon (who shows up for like ten seconds) and Bogard (who‘s not even in this season)? Yeah, no thanks -

I think the render makes the fur look darker than it actually is, because I’m sure that’s medium nougat ^^ I’ve been thinking about the sets more and the only one I still don’t like the sound of is the marine ship. The Baratie being the most expensive set in the S1 sets made sense, considering it was the setting of two episodes. What relevance does a marine ship have in S2? The only way this set can be redeemed for me is through featuring a couple of Baroque Works members, otherwise it’ll be pretty pointless in the context of this season. After all, there already is a Loguetown set for Smoker and Tashigi to be included in -
Latest news about Lego animal moulds
BrickBob Studpants replied to Roebuck's topic in Special LEGO Themes
The workload of part designers might be a bottleneck, but the far bigger one is production capabilities. Related factors are the cost of new moulds (estimated between 250k and 1mil USD per mould, and I think literally, meaning you have to to multiply that for each factory that uses one to produce the pieces afterwards), and storage. The Pokémon theme so far is light on new pieces, but we do know that the small-scale brick-built Pokémon will also introduce new pieces judging by the leaked Pikachu’s ears, which have to be factored into the theme’s budget as well, plus new minifig parts, depending on the characters they chose of course All we know for certain is that we get multiple moulded Pokémon in the Pokéball set, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just Eevee and Pikachu. Certainly not more than 5 in any case!- 5,839 replies

Unpopular Opinions about LEGO
BrickBob Studpants replied to Lego David's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Huh? We have City, Ninjago, Dreamzzz, Monkie Kid, and the Lunar New Year sets (which more often than not have minifigs), plus 50% of Icons and Ideas. If you count non-minifig themes, we also have Classic and Creator, plus Friends as a minidoll theme. And like 80% of Technic -

That’s what the majority of the sets is gonna be We have the 3 large-scale Pokémon that just got released, 3 more in August (Arcanine, Rayquaza, and Munchlax), the Pokéball that comes with minifigs and moulded Pokémon, and the other 12 sets are all small-scale buildable Pokémon that are compatible with the Smart Brick system. The small-scale Pikachu has leaked months ago to give you an idea what they’ll look like (i.e., a bit Mario-esque except a bit less blocky) Plus another GWP and two paperbags. -

If it’s indeed the baby torso and head, then we have two problems: 1) How would they attach the hat since baby heads only have a bar-sized mini-stud as a connection point, and 2) how would the same hat fit both a baby and a minifig? After all, the hat doesn’t magically grow in size when Chopper transforms Of course they could have designed two hats, one with the head attached (meaning only one facial expression was possible then) and the other without, but that doesn’t solve the size issue
