  1. Something I think people are overlooking is that we don't know that there won't be any other characters from the Lego Movie, particularly Vitruvius' ghost, who was voiced by the same person who played Lucius Fox.
  2. Seconded. The new Capt Boomerang comes in an otherwise terrible set, and I've never liked the Green Arrow figure we have now. I'd rather have a Michael Caine styled Alfred, but the one from the movie looks pretty good, too.
  3. Ok, thanks. I've tried to use Bricklink before and I just don't get it. Guess I'll give it another go.
  4. Michael Keaton, Christian Bale, Adam West, George Clooney, Val Kilmer and Ben Affleck all sitting around fighting over who's Batmobile they're gonna build.
  5. I don't understand why FF is off the table, but Wolverine and some of the X-Men aren't.
  6. What torso would you use for the Spidey symbiote?
  7. Ra's set is on S@H now, but none of the other DC sets or Spidey sets are up til August, which is odd since the Ra's set was the last one of all of those to be shown.
  8. Yeah, but wasn't that before Marvel put a moratorium on Fox characters? I mean, I guess it makes Wolvie and Magneto out of the realm of possibilities now, too, but I was just going off what came out since the embargo. Maybe it's black Spidey v doc Ock.
  9. Seems like, unless Hellfire is being set up to be the big bad for season 4, it's got to have something to do with Ghost Rider. Too strange a coincidence that there would be so much talk of GR coming to the MCU and a GR Lego set for the theme of the AoS title card and advertising to be an ambiguous picture of a minor villain. I doubt very seriously they'd make a kiddie Deadpool Lego set and I doubt they can do Doom yet. I'd guess Wolverine v Magneto, Thor v Loki and Iron Man v Civil War Cap or Sam Cap.
  10. The Spider-Man face is kinda awesome, actually.
  11. Is it weird that the "66 Batman" inspired figure and vehicle have the 70's/80's logo on them? I also think it's weird that the Wondsday set doesn't have Cheetah as the villain. And I think getting Bizarro & Doomsday are good signs that we'll be getting proper figures of them soon; that's exactly what happened with the Green Goblin figure this year. I wonder if there will be any sort of sets for the MMs at any point? Race tracks or coaster tracks or something. Are Hot Wheels tracks too narrow for them?
  12. I'm trying to make a Plas Bumper Car to go with my Joker Bumper car and a couple others I just switched colors on to make for Batman, Robin, Catwoman and Two Face ones, but it is really hard to find some of those parts in flesh tone. Specifically the bumpers, which I feel like would be his legs. And the part that holds the antenna, which I know exists because the Indiana Jones moc tank has one right above the pick axe. I wonder if they make a Firestorm will they make an entirely new head piece or reuse the Ghost Rider one? Cause Firestorms fire comes out of the top of his head, unlike GR, who's entire head is on fire.
  13. So is the general theory that this and the Ninjago movie are prequels to the Lego Movie, or is the Ninjago movie even in the same shared universe or its own thing? Seems like if this is supposed to be a prequel to TLM, it wouldn't reference all the way up to BvS. Maybe Finn is just only into Batman Lego stuff these days, becoming more compartmentalized like his dad and then in TLM2 his little sister reminds him how much fun it is to mix everything together?
  14. I think a big part of it has more to do with the fact that the licenses they have are male-centric licenses. Im not saying it's right, I'm just saying how many action or adventure movies or shows have female leads? It seems like they did make a concerted effort to include female stuff with the big Ghostbusters story pack and the Powerpuff Girls. The problem is, there's just not that much female stuff out there to make into a video game. I totally agree about making Supergirl an exclusive, though. Considering that it is so rare to have strong female characters, you'd think they wouldn't be difficult to get when they make them. Especially since she's the only female DC character that has her own CW show, but, then again, they have set the precedent that their CW based characters are exclusives, and while This Green Arrow and Supergirl aren't based on their CW appearances, they are characters from their respective namesake shows. That said, I heard somewhere that Dimensions Supergirl has Red Lantern powers, though, so if that's a new ability, I can't imagine she'll be that hard to find.
  15. Whoa, that's awesome! Where'd you find all those beige bricks? I'm trying to moc some little builds of Plastic Man as different things and red, yellow and black bricks aren't hard to find, but man, I can't find beige ones anywhere.
  16. Sometimes I end up with random sets from themes I don't collect buying lots on eBay and I wound up with this Ninjago set that's a snake motorcycle with a little side build. I was gonna list it on eBay cause I'm selling a bunch of stuff right now and realized it wasn't bringing in enough to even list, really, but I went ahead and built it anyway. The snake bike actually fits in pretty well with the Alien Invasion theme, but the little side build looks perfect for something that would be part of the Ra's set. Just a heads up for you guys that want to add a little more to it. I'm gonna add that and build up a little bit of a mound for the Pit when I get it. As for Gotham City Breakout, it was pretty terrible. I couldn't not hear Hayley from Modern Family the whole time. But I did think Bane's voice was great. Glad to see they kept the accent. I wish the physical bigfigs weren't quite as big, because, while it works for Thanos, Hulk and Darkseid, they're a little too big for Bane, Croc, and Grodd, in my opinion. Anyway, the only real reason to buy this movie is cause it comes with a new Nightwing, and if you don't really care about Nightwing or have the other two, it's totally pointless. The only reason I got the other ones was for the minifigs, I'm guessing that's the case for most of you guys, too, yeah?
  17. Would also love to get a green arrow with a goatee and an alpine archer hat with hair molded into it like cmf Emmets hard hat.
  18. I would love to see a comic accurate (and "stretched") Plastic Man, but I would love even more to a couple brick built Plastic Man cars and planes and stuff.
  19. I was actually thinking about that and hoping at some point we get a Woozy Winks fun pack with a Plastic Man as a car or mailbox or helicopter or some such wacky thing.
  20. That would kill me. I guess not Olsen, but the rest... My guess is CW Supergirl and movie Deadpool. I'll be disappointed to miss movie Deadpool, but I've already got the one from the chopper set. I really hope Lego sticks to variants of existing available minifigs for the white whales that are SDCC exclusives. I've got a Bootlego Collector and Shazam and Bizarro, but they don't measure up to official releases.
  21. Anytime I've ever ordered replacement parts that say out of stock from bricks and pieces, they still ship them out. Every time. Never had them tell me no. I mean, I'm not ordering replacement Killer Croc torsos and Two Face hair, but when I got a used "complete" 06 batcave off eBay last year, they replaced every part that was missing.
  22. I'd be astounded if Vin Deisel is gonna be voicing a tiny Groot for the entire movie.
  23. I've already got it, I just don't know how to embed pictures, so I posted a link. Good lookin out, though. Thanks.
  24. I would love to see Star Wars and Marvel pop up eventually because I love the licenses, but I most want Pirates of the Caribbean and Indiana Jones out of the Disney camp because they seem like the most fun and unique possible Adventure Worlds.
