In the old colour (earth orange) it appeared in these sets. As for which new sets it will appear in, who knows. I won't even speculate, but I am getting this set, so which other sets are irrelevant

The chicken is not exactly a new piece. (but it's great to see it returning!) That being said, what a set I'm somewhat speechless, but probably not enough to keep me from babbling about it all night. I really love those window pieces, I only have a few of them from my 10040, so it's going to be great to see them in sets again. (with the exception of 10040, which was a rerelease) they haven't been in sets, in white, since 1991. And finally a new flame piece, have wanted that for a while.

The Baritones Discussion Thread

I would appreciate it if non-players didn't try to influence the game. (I don't care whether it was intended or not, don't do it.) Was it this wiki perhaps? (mafiascum.net) You're dead. Shut up -
The Baritones Day 7-Grave Mistakes
Quarryman replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yes, it's a shot in the dark, but it's better than nothing. And afterwards I'll run and hide (OOC: going out for dinner, and some beers. After all, when I happen to be where the pub with the best selection of beer in Norway is located it would be sacrilege not to pay them a visit. ) Vote: Dillon. -
The Baritones Day 7-Grave Mistakes

As far as I know they were just handed out randomly when we started working there. No significance that I know of. And I guess this day is going to end without a vote? -

The Baritones Day 7-Grave Mistakes
Quarryman replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yeah, we're in a completely different (and as far as I know) completely legal construction company. So who do you suggest we target with our shot in the dark? (which does sound like a paradox, but whatever) -
The Baritones Day 7-Grave Mistakes
Quarryman replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Right, after she had the required amount of votes was what I meant by "condemned", guess I should have been more explicit. And yes, everything happened very quickly that day, it all seems a blur. So assuming you're not the last Baritone, Sky must be the one. (as everyone else is accounted for.) He looks just as suspicious as Dillon. (OOC: it's always difficult to discuss someone who was played by an inactive player and then was replaced, nothing from the beginning can be taken into consideration.) And thus, my confusion. And my unwillingness to cast a vote. I'd really prefer not to let this day without a conviction, but also I'm afraid we'll kill off someone innocent if we do. Doesn't anyone else have something to add? Some brilliant insight that shows us all how it all fits together? -
The Baritones Day 7-Grave Mistakes
Quarryman replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
In a way it does, in another it doesn't. He did vote for (and seemed eager to get rid of) both the Mayor and Betty, but he voted for Iris after she was condemned. So I'm really not sure. One time voting for his own to look less suspicious, sure, but twice? That looks strange. -
Clearly other interests for me, namely computers. Some time in 1996 my love for them eclipsed my love for the brick. And that lasted until early 2004 when I discovered Brickshelf, Bricklink, Lugnet, etc. And so I learned that those two hobbies/interests could be combined in a nice way.

The Baritones Day 7-Grave Mistakes
Quarryman replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Bah, I'm completely baffled. No one is sticking out looking very suspicous. I thought I was onto something, and looked through what has happened these last few days, but found nothing of interest. Or rather, nothing of interest pointing to someone in particular. So I'm pretty lost now, any suggestions? I really don't want to cast a vote just to cast a vote, seems too risky. -
The Baritones Day 7-Grave Mistakes
Quarryman replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yaaaaaawn. Yes, it does look like a sleeping Baritone has awaken and started gunning people down at will. What puzzles me about this is that this Baritone seems to have stood idly by watching his/her fellow Baritones being killed off by us citizens. Of course, it could be a trick to look less suspicous, after all, anyone not supporting the amazing "three Baritones in a row"-project would have looked very nasty by now. (OOC: and suddenly getting up at 7:30 instead of 13:00 is somewhat painful ) So it's back to the drawing board I guess. Is there any coffee? I feel the blood level in my caffeine veins is way too high at the moment -

I kinda liked the killings in broad daylight, they helped keep the pace up, some randomness is good. As for the ghost, I'll wait until the game is concluded in hope of more background information to base criticism on. (Constructive criticism that is ) -

As you might recall I voted for her before starting that whole joking session, so yes, that was just joking around, nothing serious to it. And also, two days ago I cast the final vote for Betty. Would I do that if I were up to no good? No, didn't think so. As for my actions earlier in the week I was, as I said, hiding at home (OOC: or being played by an inactive player, goes for the same ) Agreed, I was thinking the same thing. And that "W...ww...www...wo...wo...wuh...wuh..." could have been trying to say "woman" or "women". Only thing that starts with "wo" around here that I can think of at the moment. Yes, I think you're on to something. And thanks for trusting me. -
Welcome to EB Biebboek! I hope you have a wonderful time here, looking forward to seeing your creations Welcome to you too But as Guss pointed out, it's common to make your own thread in this sub-forum for introducing yourself, and also to add a bit about who you are, where you live, favourite sets, etc.

The Baritones Day 6-Endgame Begins
Quarryman replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
And so it begins. This seems to be more than the end of the beginning, it might actually be the beginning of the end. So, who could that last, lone gunman be. Assuming it's a man, who uses a gun. But as The Arsonist was killed I think it's safe to assume that the remaining killer is one of those who uses a gun. After all, we've had lots of people being shot here lately Anyway, I need a drink while pondering who this crazy gunslinger might be. Ivan, pour me a strong one, please. -

Just wanted to say that I really loved the photo for Day 6, poor dead FBI agents And I think it might have been a bit too much information to tell us that only one killer remains. Edit: (as the other two posts came while I was writing this) And yes, reversed Mafia sounds really cool, find those pesky bastards who want to tell the cops everything. I think I can see a way in which it could work very well. -

Actually it looks like we could get Day 6 started by Friday instead. Now that's scarily fast. -
Lovely Drum (which is from Terry Pratchett's Discworld series (just in case someone didn't know )) It includes so many nice Discworld details, like Cut-my-own-throat Dibbler selling sausages, Death at the bar (with his horse Binky in the stables), an assasin, not sure who the wizard in the boat is supposed to be (but I guess it could be Mustrum Ridcully, the Archchancellor of Unseen University).

Yes, I am. (even though you did say you want to wait with registration ) Does that mean you've talked to TinyPies and his Witch Hunt will be later? Pity, I was looking forward to that... (that too, that is ) So what will that one be called? The Contraltos? The Tenors? The Countertenors perhaps?
