  1. Maybe you could use the solution used in the 8043 excavator, one motor to switch the functions of three others
  2. Great review, Jim. I just built mine and I totally agree with your verdict. I saw another issue, that was not mentioned here I think (it was reported by sariel though), which is that the steering direction is oposite when the cabin is rotated (facing backwards). If the steering wheel itself would not rotate with the cabin, there would not be a problem, but I dont know yet how to implement that. There is little space. In my opinion, adding a pneumatic compressor in the model would make it even better (all tractors are equipped with hydraulics). I have same problems, and have read it multiple times, so prolly no mistake you made
  3. This lego porsche seems more pr than technic to me, I'm losing my interest to buy one more and more
  4. Hi all, I don't know if the instructions have already been posted, but here is one you can use. another one (pdf) http://www.brickowl....ructions/viewer @LvdH: I did not find the instructions on the lego site easily
  5. Great review, thanks. Regarding the issues with the gearbox (I did not check the whole forum, so this may be already addressed before, for which I apologise), this may be due to the conversion of a rotating movement to a translational one. This means that the gears are for a much longer time in a locked stage than in an unlocked stage (neutral position). If my gonio is correct the gears are for 2/3 in the locked stage (say 1st and 3rd gear) and only 1/3 in the neutral positions in between.
