Oh wow, I'm getting weak thinking about building this. This will be somewhere in the future. Saving for a house next year.

I just finished building my 75149 this morning. Both sets are amazing in my opinion, probably my favorite builds from TFA sets. I do prefer the 75149 mainly because of the colors, but the colors on the 75102 are also slick, I just lean towards the bluish Grey. I will cast my vote but ultimately I think everyone should own both sets!

I finally got my 75149 in the mail yesterday, just finished putting it together this morning. I really like those bluish Grey tiles, they look slick on this build. Thanks for the mod recommendations!

I went ahead and called lego today and swapped out the Porsche for a star wars ucs set. I ordered mine at 6am last Wednesday. I'll wait until they fix the issues and will buy when the gougers are done trying to buy the set. Reminds me of the ar15 and ak47 shortage that went on almost 4 years ago...

I had originally checked constantly every hour during the release day of the 42056 porsche only to finally get an out of stock but will ship in 30 days message. After reading up on it I have decided to hold off on the purchase and just called lego and asked them to swap it out for the 75059 sandcrawler since it's been out for a couple of years and I anticipate it will retire soon and is a true ucs, as opposed to the Porsche that is only classified as an ultimate but has a handful of design function flaws. Feel pretty good about my exchange. Will pick up the Porsche after the fix and when it's not on backorder. Also ordered the 75149 x wing, waiting on delivery so it can keep my 75102 company :)

Just be like me and get both. Can't have too many x wings :)

Yikes. That concerns me that we can't get a straight answer.

That's good because that's a huge potential issue that would cost lego a lot of money that could end up raising the prices due to people trying to cheat the system...

Was finally able to order one online. It was saying coming soon all night and morning, it's showing out of stock for me but I went ahead and placed my online order. 5% back for discover orders on shop.lego.com

Am I wrong in remembering reading somewhere that this will be a limited produced model? Does anyone know how many are going to be produced?
