  1. To be fair, they did work on Firestorm. In a manner of speaking
  2. The Robin design is directly based on the outfit seen here in Supersons. Whether or not the outfit itself is to one's liking, the Lego torso is a perfect rendition of it https://www.pinterest.com/pin/515802963557701944/ Hopefully this means we'll get a Superboy in the near future too?
  3. ^ Gordon, Bats and Freeze all have new face prints
  4. A new Robin torso has leaked, presumably for the Mr Freeze set It's Damian's, but it's the Rebirth design (with bright yellow lining and a collar)
  5. As I've said before, a £30-ish set with the cave, the Wizard and a feature to transform Billy into the Big Red Cheese would be excellent- even better if they also included Sivana
  6. It may have just been announced, but it's possible the set itself was approved beforehand
  7. Sure, it's from the 2018 Cyborg fig, with the torso reversed
  8. Christmas sweater variants incoming
  9. Considering Juniors prides itself on big pieces that are easy to build, I think it's more likely they'll be like Lotso from the TS3 sets
  10. There's a picture of a massive "people scale" Lego Batmobile above. Potentially, this is what the smaller set could look like, although significantly smaller
  11. Personally, I'd rather the newer Superman piece, but I understand why people would prefer that one- it is perfect for an Arkham Joker Really, I just want an update of the original Joker torso- a black undershirt, orange waistcoat and the purple overcoat. A more menacing face wouldn't go amiss either. I'm personally hoping Bane shows up again, based on Knightfall, rather than TDKR, or the weird 2012 mask. Even the Batman and Robin costume could look quite good in Lego
  12. Wonder if they could include a Jason Todd shrine. Obviously they couldn't market it as "Display the outfit of Batman's dead partner", but they could probably sneak it by, by calling it a Robin suit rack or something
  13. @Brick Cucumber Ha! Funny thing is, I do have a pair, but they're currently on a Merlyn fig. I think I prefer the Anakin legs purely because I have two of them so I can have both Talons look the same
  14. Normal scale, it's the Batmobile in that Joker pursuit set
  15. So Zusammengebaut gave another report on the DC sets. Not much new information, but they've confirmed the Batmobile is Burton-based. The Batcave set is also referred to as the standout set
  16. I use the Anakin RotS legs from 2012-14 for mine
  17. There will be an Arkham Knight. He'll debut in 'Tec 1000, but he won't be Jason Todd. Tomasi is using the mantle for another character. As much as such issues are about celebrating the past, they also look to the future, and, just as Bendis used AC #1000 to introduce Rogol Zaar and his storyline, Tomasi is sure to do the same thing with his new Arkham Knight. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what the current arc is leading up to. I'm not saying we'll get this new Knight this year or anything, but it certainly increases that likelihood
  18. That's the thing though- Arkham Knight is crossing over into main DC canon in Detective Comics #1000, although he won't be *him* So, who knows, give it a year or two and he could show up
  19. Then I guess we know the lineup of the Freeze set already
  20. Perhaps then the Clayface set is loosely based on B:TAS? Throw in a grey/blue Batgirl, Alfred and maybe Hatter/Ventriloquist based on the series and that'd be golden
  21. Watch the Freeze set be a Batman and Robin set, not just a set with Batman and Robin. It does come with Freeze
  22. I'd love it if they made a Zsasz, Huntress, Cass or Black Mask to tie in with it. Ok, maybe Zsasz seems a little unlikely, but he did appear in not one, but two Lego games
  23. I think that's debatable. I think the Burton Mobile would make for a more interesting build and final model at the very least. And it is Batman 89's 30 anniversary this year...
  24. I'm looking forward to Clayface for sure. Hoping he's a big fig this time around (maybe using the game design) The other sets aren't too special, or at least from the names alone. The builds have potential, and there's certainly a chance for some of the missing bat-villains considering Lego is cashing in on his 80th birthday. Maybe Batwoman is actually Huntress? She could use the same mould in black/purple. Or maybe they just didn't realise we already got a Batwoman last year
