  1. Not the first, the second. There was a bat-vehicle that was cut from that film, the concept model was shown off, which is probably why that one was cancelled
  2. I one hundred percent agree. Unfortunately, I just don't see Lego developing a specific cowl piece for Keaton when they have the 2012 cowl on hand
  3. I'd prefer either an Arkham Knight or B:TAS Batmobile, for the potential minifigures they could include. We've had so many black suit Batmen and Jokers, that I would much rather have something different
  4. @Robert8 If I get a Spellbinder fig out of it, I'll be happy. I never cared for the show itself to be honest, but I always appreciate adding a new C-list villain to my collection
  5. I'm going to guess Harley is definitely showing up again with the 4+ head and hair. Joker will probably show up too, but they might not even change him. A set with his DCSV truck could be fun though, and could include plenty of play features. As for other figs, Riddler, Two-Face, Catwoman and Freeze are probably off the table. After all, while the most prominent villains in sets are Harley, Joker, Ed, Oswald, almost all of those have had redesigns already. We might see Penguin or Bane, if they're essentially remaking all the major Bat villains in Rebirth costumes. Nightwing and Batgirl maybe. And I guess someone new if we're lucky. The best bet there is Huntress, Cass or Roman. As for non-Bat villains, Psycho Pirate is possible, due to his current prominence in the current Batman run. If we're seeing other non-bat villains then maybe Merlyn and Heat Wave as they were rather prominent figs in the last game
  6. Well, yeah, just using Decommander's words
  7. September? The Venom leak was July, just in time for Comic Con
  8. Ay, if we could get a comic set with Black Mask vs Huntress and Cassandra Cain, that'd be great! Though they'd also include a Batman or Harley in it. I mean, I'd also like an official Zsasz, but I don't really see that happening
  9. Yep... They're certainly taking their time, I just hope it's worth it
  10. Ah, you see, The villainous Zebra Man transferred his repelling powers onto Batman, meaning Bats went on a rampage, repelling anything he came into contact with Why Zebra Man had those powers in the first place, despite them having nothing to do with a zebra, is another matter
  11. Don't play with my emotions like this I thought a new set/s had been revealed
  12. I mean what's wrong with the Invincible helmet? At this point all the Ironman helmets retract completely rather than just the faceplate, and are certainly smoother. Honestly I wouldn't mind an MCU Ironman print on this piece
  13. My favourite thing about the set is that it includes all four additional stones, so people that haven't picked up the IW sets just need this and the Compound
  14. @Whovastron I think that was in reference to the Lego Movie 2 bat-vehicle that ultimately didn't make it into the film. I think that it's something else, as I'm sure that kind of set would have the LM2 number system and not the DC one
  15. To be fair, right now Superman is wearing that exact same costume. I'm pretty sure that we'll have a complete Lego Rebirth League whenever Lego redoes the Hush Batsuit
  16. Honestly my biggest hope is that it's a complete remake of the '06 USC Batmobile. The summer sets have proven that they haven't forgotten about that set, and it could be a good way to promote a proper 80th anniversary set. Not to mention it would allow for more new comic figs, something that a movie based set won't be able to do
  17. They said that was the assumption, using JW as an example, not that was confirmed. You would think that due to the Speed Champions line they'd be able to use car brands. The BttF set had a Delorean after all. I also mean that they could have scaled down the dinosaur in accordance with the car and in the service of it being minifigure scale. But they didn't, because they would have rather keep the T-Rex as is.
  18. Seems like the designers were so set in their minds of doing that dinosaur and the gates, that they didn't give anything else a try, be it the cars or the visitor center. I feel they should have at least considered those options, rather than focusing their energies on what is quite a niche final product
  19. I feel like he'd need more prints then either Freddy or movie Billy would, for the eye and coat. Seems like they want to limit the amount of unique prints in these sets (just the Captain Marvel fig has a new torso)
  20. If it's anything like the Captain Marvel set, it'll be the new Billy fig with a movie based torso (different enough from the current New 52 one) and a civilian Freddy fig reusing generic parts (like Maria seems to, unless that isn't a Star Wars torso)
  21. Ehh. It's an awkward situation regardless of how you frame it. I don't know the situation behind why the Ideas set was rejected and this wasn't, but I'm sure that that set would have been better received. Bigger doesn't always mean better after all, and I wish there weren't so many massive sets on the market these days just for the sake of it
  22. Lego fans always seem to argue about who's worse done to. Marvel fans are jealous of the Star Wars builds, Star Wars fans are jealous of Marvel/DC printing and DC is jealous of the variety in Star Wars and Marvel sets. Of course they're all jealous of the Harry Potter line
  23. JANG's latest video, which looks at the various combinations that can be done with the Hogwarts sets And a separate review for the Clocktower
  24. Ah well, it's a nice variant, and is most likely only used in the final battle. It's still set in the past after all, I'm sure subsequent appearances will return to the classic get up
  25. It actually first appeared in the Ultimate Batmobile set in 2017, as Polka Dot Man's mode of transport
