The Gotg Trailer premieres on Jimmy Kimmel live at 11:35 pm ET if anyone is interested in watching it as it premieres. I know I will! I wish it wasn't so late though Why can't it be 11:35 am?!

Really hate the blackbird...but Storm is a must for me. Groot is way too big! He won't fit in the milano! He'll have to ride on top Hopefully someone comes up with a nice brickbuilt small version. Rocket Raccoon is nice from what I can tell. It seems he has gray fur instead of brown like in the video game. And the vehicle he's driving looks like a snail!

Apparently this planet also has active volcanoes so I'm wondering if this lava set is on Sakaar?

There's also "blood" or alien spray paint or whatever it is all over the cockpit of the ship! Yikes!

I LOVE it!! And it looks like there are 5 figs in that set. Wow. I thought 4. Star lord kinda scares me though I like Gamora a lot more than I thought I did and Ronan just looks sweet. I love the new hood mold for him. I wonder who is piloting his ship though? Edit* It appears the fifth figure is an "alien sakaaran soldier" whatever that is! It looks like they're wearing a hood though.

Well seeing as how Tony isn't exactly done being Ironman yet I don't think it'd be that awkward. I can see where you're coming from though.

Yeah I saw that chart too. Idk why you would exactly want only Namor. He's not exactly the most exciting character.

I'm sure after avengers 2 comes out we'll hear something about iron man 4. People will be craving more iron man so I'm sure marvel will answer that. Idk if RDJ will still want to be iron man after avengers 3 but even if he doesn't they'll probably just recast iron man unfortunately. And I'm pretty sure marvel owns Kang the Conqueror because he first appears in the Avengers so I'd assume so. And Idk much about the young avengers so I'm not gonna be much use there

I doubt Joss Whedon would allow that. I'm not sure how much say he would exactly have in the movie (if any) but Wasp is one of his favorites so I doubt he'd let her be used as a side-kick. Plus if she and ant-man make it into the avengers, you can expect her to have a large role and be more than just a love interest if she's portrayed that way.

Hopefully we get a shot of Rocket Raccoon talking/shooting and of Ronan or Thanos. A Black Widow movie could be good, but I think her and Hawkeye should split it if anything. I believe he was a nearby resident when a nuclear power plant caught fire which gave him his powers. No other people were reported having them though.

Guardians of the Galaxy teaser trailer is coming on Feb. 18th. Also, Kevin Feige stated a Black Widow movie is in the works. This is good, hopefully her and Hawkeye will split the movie. I'm still waiting for a Ms. Marvel movie but I like Scar Jo as Black Widow so I'm perfectly alright with this. Also, Whedon has also reiterated that BW will have a large role in Avengers 2. Although I'm not sure what exactly she can do against Ultron...but we'll see. I still find it amusing that Black Widow gets her own movie and we have characters like Rocket Raccoon about to take the spotlight when Wonder Woman hasn't even gotten her own movie yet even though she's arguably the most popular female superhero. That's the power of Marvel.

Yeah that's weird. It stands out so much you'd think it'd have some importance. All well. I suppose you could fit some of the money or maybe the gem in there.

Thanks for the review! I quite like this set but as you said, some variants would've been nice. And idk if I missed it, but what is the point of the "locked hatch" compartment? I mean does anything special go in there or is it just a cool little feature?

I like it, I would just prefer the original GG like almost everyone else here At least Hulk will have someone to fight.

I really like the drop feature! GG looks better than I expected. Chrome is always nice. Powerman is not nearly as cool as he could've been. Should've had leg printing but at least we're getting him. MJ's alright. I don't really care for bystander figs. White tiger would've been better but at least MJ is new. Overall, not my favorite set from this upcoming wave. Although I'll get it, a spider-man suit variant would've sealed the deal. Thanks for the pics!

I feel like he's going to look similar to those bionicle minifigs from a long time ago. Hopefully he's more poseable though..

I think separating DC and Marvel might be a good idea. If it turns out to be redundant then I suppose we could could put them back together? We might as well see how it goes. As for the banner, I obviously enjoy the Harry Potter one because Harry Potter has always been my favorite licensed thread. Maybe having a character or two from a couple licensed themes in a new banner would be nice. Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, Indiana Jones come to mind. I can't really think of any other big licensed themes but I'd like to see HP still in it .

Upon further inspection, I believe you're right. It's hard to tell from this distance. Hopefully better pictures come soon. I'd like to see star-lord's other variant. I can't even tell! Maybe you're right, who knows. I want a closeup but I don't want to be greedy. It's nice we even got this picture.

I wouldn't exactly call him infamous. Guardians of the galaxy aren't that well known even in the comic book world. I'm sure he'll look better in the other set he's in. There was supposedly one with hair and one with the helmet. I actually think the mask is just printed on his face and then he just has a hairpiece. It's hard to tell though..

I'm not saying take the humor out, I love marvel's sense of humor. I'd just liked an animated show that's more geared towards a slightly older audience but keeps the humor and reality that marvel's known for Sorry for the tv talk again. Back to the picture: It looks like star-lords hairpiece is just ron weasley's in brown. And I still say this set has four figures. Who is piloting (or is captured in) Ronan's ship? And I'm curious as to what Star-lord is exactly firing at Ronan. Maybe it's the infinity gem ronan's after?
