I had two Classic Space sets as a kid - the 6929 Starfleet Voyager and 6890 Cosmic Cruiser. My error is as follows: As I got older, the pieces were scattered and were probably trashed. If I'd known I'd be an AFOL, I would have carefully bagged them up and kept them until now. One of these days, I'll get the sets again.

Congrats to rexcal! Makes me wish I'd un-lurked myself (in other words, joined the forum) earlier. Oh well, maybe I'll get in on the next raffle.

Well, maybe 71% off the Batwing is a better deal - it was at $27.50/

Ok, so it's not as good of a deal as 50% off the DSII set for the European *vader* fans, but Amazon.com has the LEGO Batwing - Joker's Aerial Assault set marked down to $15.99. At that price, I had to swoop in and get one. Just thought I'd pass it along for the other US folks here, and anybody who has a US connection. :-)

Thanks for the warm welcome! Now I'll answer a couple of questions that were asked: For copmike: Nice radio, sir! :) I'm definitely not an ambulance chaser. Those types of lawyers give the rest of us a bad name. Of course, I think that this, this, and this (all three links are related) takes the cake for bad lawyers. However, if one were to chase ambulances, I'd suggest that you move quickly, keep an eye out for road hazards, and be careful not to run into the back of the ambulance if it suddenly stops! >:-) Norro, actually I don't have any Castle sets right now, sorry to disappoint. 'Other sets' is actually a couple of Batman sets ($18.50 USD for a UCS Batmobile - who can say no?) and one Exo-Force set. I'm glad that I didn't pay full price for that Sonic Phantom. *wacko* To my fellow pirates: ARRRR!!!

Hi, new member here, found my way over from FBTB.net, thought I'd poke my nose in here first. I like SW, Pirates, Vikings, Ninja, and I have a few other sets from other lines that caught my eye. I'm from California, I'm in law school, and I've been a SW nut since 1977. :-) I'm looking forward to the release of the mid-2007 sets over here...September can't come fast enough! :-) Anyway, great to be here!
