I can't speak to the real-world accuracy, but they both look great. I was really enjoying your updated vintage GT, but then I got to the modern pics and I think you've made a much more dramatic improvement there. You made great use of the extra width in allowing for some better definition to the pinched shape and curves of the body, and the wider 'face' gives it a more menacing, high-performance appearance. Love them both!

Oh, perfect. I have a ton of 2*6 plate stock, so I will just throw whatever in there. Thanks!

Thanks! I was able to upload it to BL after I removed the figure, and for some reason the launchers. I was able to add the launchers back in afterwards using the same part number. I do not understand BL sometimes. For some reason, there's not a single 2*6 regular orange brick for sale in the US right now, but the rest of the set costs less than $10 without the figure. I can find orange 2*3s tho. Would that compromise the structure at all?

Fantastic! I love the MF line and have picked up a bunch of custom versions. Will definitely be Bricklinking this one once you post the LXF :) Edit: Oh, I was looking at your Flickr feed, and I recently built your FO Transport! It's a great design, but LDD made some truly terrible instructions for it. Very solid and fun toy once together, but I did remove some of the 2*2 inverted tiles on the underside. I think the round clear 2*2 inverted tiles would have worked better here, like on the underside of any of the Landspeeder models.

Doesn't help you in this case, but I have also recently received my free polybag in a separate shipment from my actual S@H order. Something to be aware of for the future.

This exists, and is excellent. IT's just an SDCC set, but if you part it out on Bricklink you can get it really cheap. The whole build costs around as much as any of the modern Boba Fett figures to drive it, not bad at all.

Will you be posting the LDD for this? It's perfect! I am in love with the Microfighter line, and small scale capital ships, so it's a double win for me.

Holy cow! The first couple were solid, and they just kept getting better and better as I scrolled. I LOVE that Bigshot, one of my favorite Micromasters.

Looks great! The last shot really sells the perspective work.

These are great! I would love to see some more models at this scale, maybe a Predator or Land Raider.

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
Prometheum5 replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Oh, thanks. I'm not sure why I was thinking he was FA, since there were no A-Wings in FA. I guess I can just grab whatever pilot for my Transport since it doesn't really matter -

Sorry if I missed it, but has it been confirmed how the Resistance A-wing Pilot will be released? I see a couple on ebay for a lot. I'm hoping to get one to put in the cockpit of my Resistance Transport. -

The A-wing Pilot is going to fit very nicely into the cockpit of my Resistance Transport, since I haven't picked up either X-wing to get an extra pilot. -

These are really, really cool. I have been loving the SC line's default models, but I'm fascinated by all of the rebuild efforts. Can't wait to see more of yours, they have a unique look from the others posted here.- 15 replies

Thanks for posting these, they are great! I just finished buying all the parts for the VW bus off of BL using your LDD file. It was my first time buying from someone's design and it was... an experience. Looking forward to having a Minifig-compatible bus! -
MOD: 60057 Camper 8 wide living area, looking for advice
Prometheum5 replied to Prometheum5's topic in LEGO Town
Thank you! I actually just swapped the two 2x2 white bricks behind the cab with L-shaped pieces so they aren't crowding the driver's area. I like that they make a little divide between the driver's area and the living area. I really like the working side door on your version, but I haven't don't quite have the room for it with the way my width extension is built. -
This is really great! I would totally buy this as a polybag.

Hey everyone, New poster here, just joined up on EB after digging my childhood Lego collection out of my parents' house and exploring 'new' Lego online. I wanted to show this mod I did to the 60057 Camper that I did after seeing eurotrash's work on his awesome 7-wide version in his thread: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=105061 I went with 8 wide for the living area on mine, and am actually looking for a little advice on how I could fill in some of the gained space. Here's the new side profile. I added a rolled up awning based on the version in the thread I linked above, as well as some tool storage. Please excuse the discoloration of some parts... I BL'd a bunch of parts to bulk up my stocks, but some parts were taken from my old stash and are a little funky. I'm also not totally set on the added roof texture from the widening, so that may change a bit if I come up with something better. Once nice thing is that I did not loose any of the storage capacity in the roof compartments from increasing the width. From the front you can just barely make out the added second seat up front. I got the set for cheap off BL without the figures, so I had to substitute some oldies from my collection. The rear with a ladder and bike storage. Here's the new interior. As you can see, there's a decent 2-wide space gained next to the bed that I want to fill with some kind of cabinets or storage solution, but I'm having trouble coming up with what to use. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated! Thanks for looking!
