  1. We need a dentist then! *holds up the tooth he found* I wonder how many of these fit in the mouth of whatever it came from...
  2. I find it difficult to imagine that these traitors will reveal themselves to us so easily if they have managed to make the hiding so far, so I do not know how we can find them unless, just maybe, someone is having the ability to do some investigationalizing during the dark hours... I have always found the night to be a time of intrigue and excitement, and hopefully it will be enlightening for someone who can then guide us in the right direction. Sadly, I am unable to make much helping there, my best work is done with the sausages, so I will have to trust in someone else to provide us with the tasty morsels of evidence while I try to keep the mouths happy with tasty morsels of my own.
  3. The statues didn't just get up and walk out of here, despite what some might want us to believe, so they must be somewhere in the immediate area. We need to keep our eyes open as we tour the rest of the temple. All of those levers and such have been doing something, and I wouldn't be surprised if we find more of them given the builder's skill at creating them. Jack's murder. Easiest starting place is the body. I'm going to examine the wounds to see if they are from clawing, ripping or the kind of cutting that would happen from, say, a sword or knife. Stanton is one I expect we'll solve when we get to the bottom of this cult situation, as I think he's part of it.
  4. I'm looking into that now. Update: And fixed! A flag was set during a previous adjustment to your account and never unset, it seems.
  5. That seems to make the logics as a missing soldier would have been noticed when he missed duty call. Actually, why do we not even seem to know him? He was one of us, wasn't he? I feel like he is a stranger. And why would they killing him but not try to make a running for it when they did? What is the purpose? I am not happy right now and will not be sharing my sausage until we get some answers! I would not want to be giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
  6. I'd like to see a little less "blah, it's just Bionicle again" and "it's too kiddie!" in these topics. These sets are clearly aimed at a specific audience and if that isn't you, maybe you don't need to try to drag it down with negative comments. No, no maybe, you need to stop. For those who don't like Bionicle, do you go in that forum and poop in every topic with "I don't like Bionicle"? If you don't like Bionicle or Bionicle style parts, avoid it, the world doesn't need to revolve around what you like. For those who don't like the License, do you love every other License and theme, or do you make the same negative comments in all of their topics? Of course you don't, so don't do it here. There seems to be a silly idea that it's cool to act like you're too old or too mature or too whatever for these sets. That immaturity alone tends to discredit you, but at the same time you might want to think about it in context: most sets are technically "too young" for you. Should you be ridiculed for liking them? That's how we end up in dark ages and it sucks. Stop contributing to that. Ben-10 is a license that will appeal primarily to a young audience, and from everything I've seen and heard, that group loves these sets which means happy kids and a profit for TLG. In time, the fans may move on to regular Bionicle or even System, and it will be because of sets like this, the same way some of you might have come from Duplo or Fabuland. Welcome the exposure of a new generation to LEGO and stop hating on things just because TLG didn't make something for you instead. They make plenty of themes for you to enjoy (or why are you here?), they don't all need to be for you. Exactly the point and thank you for taking the time to make it.
  7. Misunderstood is one way to put it, and I appreciate that you removed it, but in the future I'd suggest being more discrete both in what you post and in what you might replace a post with later should you post poorly. As for turning on the ability to delete posts, no, it's not happening, it brings with it a whole new world of problems we don't need.
  8. Haven't experienced anything resembling that. I'm on Firefox 3.5.8 under Win7. Let's see if anyone else has had this problem.
  9. Doesn't exist in any of the current eye formats. At one point they needed one for a set, but cheaped out and used dark grey instead, despite the fact that the rest of the tree was brown. You could request a decal in the decal request topic in the MCW.

  11. This might be the only reason I've ever seen to like midscale. It looks absolutely game accurate and solidly whooshable. Plus I've always had a soft spot for the Outrider, so ... Nice find.
  12. My pleasure! This definitely deserves the attention. See you around!
  13. Yours is #81081B, which is definitely a bit more red and less dark. I'll add it to an update at some point also incorporating some of the new colours we were shown. Thanks!
  14. The standard, to me, is the only true vignette when it's just called a vignette. Enough room to make a point without the distraction of a lot of unnecessary detail. It isn't a moc as much as a snapshot, a moment in time. For a second choice, I like the bignette. Big a spacious, it could hold anything from a nice natural scene to an entire building while still having the space to satisfy the '(v)ignette' part of it's purpose.
  15. As many times as they've changed it since Cafe Corner, lighter, darker, more brown ... I don't think it's possible to pick a 'right' colour anymore. I would, however, be happy to add an alternate to it if you can provide one.
  16. Hmm... Depressed soldiers who miss their wives might be tempted to make the running and leave us. We can't have that, so yes, I will hold you through the night until all is better and help raise your, er, morale.
  17. I kept you alive in Noir and it was Zepher that got me killed in MC2. Hmmm... Oh Zepher, darling, don't you want to play???
  18. Come and get me, I know where you live. Any brown hat will do, I've been using the Indy fedora a lot lately.
  19. Happy Birthday oh Fangarangatangalicious one! Hope you get everything you want and then some, and if you don't, come around to my tent later.
  20. This is an outrageousness! We are fighting for the good of the peoples and some of our very own are against us? We must find these traitors and stretch their necks until the snappings! How do we do this? I know we must make close attentions to the behaviours and words of each other, but then what? We musn't make the mistakes when it comes to the lives of the honourable, so caution is the watchword for our efforts, but we must do what needs to be done or the disease of the deserters could spread amongst us and destroy these fine bodies.
  21. They're all very nice, Fangy! For some reason, this one really caught my eye. The good one.
  22. They look nice but since you aren't going to explain the source and this is only an effort to sell them on BL before the rush, it really belongs in B/S/T/F. I do know that in order to submit a part, you need a clear picture of the part by itself or the assembled minifig, both in full size and thumbnailed, as well as other details involving part numbers and such. The BL forums can explain it better, I've seen it discussed before.
  23. Hmmm... I am not sure that your time spent in the sand will help with this, but it would make a lovely day at the beach, so maybe we will talk later. Tell your mother that she is a lovely tart. Or something like that.
  24. *touches the sausage and makes the 'sizzling' sound* Oh yeah, baby. Plenty to go around, line up boys!
  25. Blah blah blah, always Mr. Overly Verbose. Now come back to my tent, soldier. Oh, and I'll second what Draggy said.
