I know we all have our opinions on what we did or didn't get included with this set, but it certainly is a shame that there were no figures in Series 1 that we can put in the rooms ( just realised apart from Aladdin and Genie ) ! But Belle or Cinderella or just someone else that we could have used in this right away ! I've been promised it already as I bought my other half Ghostbusters HQ for Christmas .. before I'd heard this was in the pipeline .. I didn't even know about series 1 then .. and when I knew this was coming dropped loads of hints and was told I could have it .. yay ! Quick question .. I've seen a few times it's a Lego Exclusive .. does this mean it's only available from Lego direct or Lego stores ? Thanks ^_^

At the moment it's just 5 . Mickey, Minnie and Daisy are new designs .. Donald is the same ( we think ) and Tink is new

I'm surprised how good the Donald / Daisy tail pieces look and Cheshire Cat too .. they don't intrude on the look of the figure .. I think it might look better that it being round her neck ?? Might have to get a couple of the fairies from series 8 and see if there are any mod options ?

Wonder if there's a way that Lego could make Tink's wings so they attach on the legs like Donald / Daisy's tail piece and the Cheshire Cat tail .. that way it wouldn't affect the neck ?

Lego-freak .. incoming PM : ) I wasn't sure on the Tink figure too .. although the picture we have is grainy I just thought this .. she has a smaller look due to her head being normal minifig sized compared to the other 4 who have larger moulded heads ? But then the way her wings attach ( over the head post ) make her neck look slightly longer ? Shame there's not a way that the wings just attach to her back ? I'm liking it overall : )

Is the room with the pumpkin and the fireplace a nod to Cinderella ? Also I've realised where the glass slipper is hidden ! Apologies about my Tinkerbell comment .. apparently 'park' Tink does indeed own a wand for sprinkling pixie dust around .. it's in the movie she never actually owns one : )

So the designer is the same guy that designed the Ewok Village ?? He's short changed us on minifigures then ha ha .. Ewok Village 17 / Disney Castle 5 .. even if you count 2 Ewoks = 1 Disney fig .. still shortchanged !! Lol I'm sort of jesting here, would've been nice to see Cinderella at least ? Roll on the release date and then Disney Minifigs series 2 : )

I'm suitably impressed .. will definitely be a purchase for me .. saddened by the lack of minifigures but ah well .. but why oh why do they give Tinkerbell a wand .. she doesn't own a wand !

Wish they would do some teaser images .. like a close up shot of one of the turrets perhaps !

Not sure on the number of minifigs .. I've just been having a look at some of the larger sets I could think of that would be on a par with this possibly and the number of minifigs varies Like .. Death Star ( 24 ) SHEILD Helicarrier ( 17 ) Ewok Village ( 17 ) Ghostbusters HQ ( 9 or 10 if you count Slimer ) Batcave ( 9 ) but then there was The Simpsons House and the Kwik-E-Mart both with 6 So I'm really not sure .. a few of the Star Wars figures are doubles, like Stormtroopers and Biker Scouts etc and with this I'm guessing they could only have one of each figure so I don't think we're going to see a high number but I hope it's at least the same as Ghostbusters / Batcave : ) Added just now .. Just a quick thought .. when we got the minifigures set lineup I was very surprised to see only one princess in the 18 .. Ariel .. surely when they were going through the design process they've designed more that's just one of their iconic more popular characters .. wonder if we'll see another one or two from the princess line. Have literally just thought what if they include Snow White and the 7 dwarves ( as a nod to the first animated feature film they produced ) .. the dwarves would be child size minifigs and with Snow White bump the number up by 8 ?? also refuse to believe that they've produced Maleficent and not Aurora !

Ha ha .. love your responses CM4Sci !! I feel we're not far away from getting some sort of imagery of this set .. must admit I keep checking back here everyday and when I see there's a new page I hold my breath for a second or two while it refreshes lol.

Called into my local Asda last night after work for a few groceries .. it was late about 10.20 pm .. they had about half a box left .. my set is complete but my niece has been after Alice for a week or so .. first bag I felt was Malificent, second was Aladdin, third .. bingo .. Alice .. her Mum says I'm gonna be her favourite person ha ha ha . now reading the posts here about Alice I'm debating whether to open it !

Just a little question I thought of today .. anyone know if there's a 'globe' piece that would go in the end of Maleficent's staff instead of the jewel piece she came with ? ^_^

Thanks for the comments .. although I now have all 18 figs .. initially I only wanted Ariel and Ursula so knew that I wanted Flounder and Sebastian to go with her .. so they were up for sale separately on eBay .. the scroll and snarfblatt were from brick warriors ^_^

Just voted and been reading the comments in the poll / voting thread on this series .. I must admit this is the first CMF series I've collected .. ( I did get a full set of The Simpsons series 2 but they were a gift for someone ) .. I had a couple of figures from the Monsters series, but when the Disney series first appeared I didn't think I wanted them all. Now having got a full set I'm glad I did .. they look better in person than I thought they would. Hoping we get a second series of Disney figures ^_^

Bit of a dumb question here .. I know most of the acronyms .. but what's D2C please lol !

I must admit I recall someone mentioning a commercial .. because there was mention of a Tinkerbell minifigure being in it .. Can't recall who posted the comment though ?

Thanks AmperZand .. I didn't realise it used to be available in tan .. I have an idea I might 'dye' it some way perhaps .. I was surprised they gave Ursula the trident .. She has it for such a short time in the film .. and if they make King Triton ( I'm hoping they do ) they'll have to give him the trident too because it's iconic to his character

So my snarfblatt arrived for Ariel and the contract scroll for Ursula ( it's not yellow .. yet ! ) I know they're not official Lego pieces but I'm not a purist and I really like them : )

The only question that remains is ... now it seems quite a few of us have completed our sets and some almost, now what do we do ?? O_O Wait for the castle and then series 2 I suppose ?? Lol
