    Some years ago my friend gifted me Bionicle set 8984 , and I had no idea what to do with it's bulky parts until I had enough pretty red and black brichs that I didn't use in other mocs. Espesially I like that three-leaf piece from one of goblin's plants, I wanted to have nice use of it. Also mecha MOCers like ChybbyBot inspired me very much, I wanted to try to make similar big creature and I had two fun evenings building this one :) To make a story behind I think this beast was builded by goblins for their king to fight Dragon Queen. But she is okay about it because good forces always win! :)

    Wow!! New sets are the coolest thing since Ragana's tower!! I'll grab them as soon as possible! I like natural colors of Elvenstar whose so many who craved for years! :)

    While there's stilness, I've got Wind Dragon set! The dragon itself is funny, but it's a pity that he has no front legs, however there's awesome shiny sticker on his two and lightning wings looks fresh to this series. The building is really good! I like idea with hidden boxes and new minidolls. The bird is double-moulded and new Aira's legs too! Golden part of her skirt is plastic. Here's comparision with 2016 dragon

    Today I gathered all Emilys and were surprised a lot, I think she looks elder and less childish each year, and graduations seems so clearly. That's just brilliant design work - give her outfit that makes such sense on tiny and not overloaded with details minidoll, I amazed at that.

    Just build Emily and Eagle set, the little buildig looks nice near Noctura's tower as some kind of a little warehouse. Also color scheme of Shadow World is very similar to ghosts from Ninjago, it's mainly dark blue with bright transperent green, and same theme with dark spirits. What about if that is the point where that worlds may cross? :)

    Funny idea about dragolion :)) BTW Liska's name means "fox" in Russian, and it's cute female form of that word :)

    I've just done building Noctura's tower, and it is very cool! There's awesome color scheme clear and cold with strikes of lime sparkles, it looks rich and as always it is better than on photos. Wing flapping mechanism gives nice epicness to this not so large building, it works nicely but I'm afraid that chain may be weak. I took some photos, but if there's already Ellie's review I think it shows features better. I just post some nice details from the set and comparision of fox and dragon. I think netflix series are way more successful that previous versions, I also found lots of fan arts on tumblr. I just hope that story and world would became much complex than in previous year, like kind of teenager fantasy as HP, not too childish.

    It's acryl paints for miniature and modelling. It's not very durable, but enough for not being removed by a touch or water, and it applies nicely on plastic. I use Citadel from Games Workshop (before returning back to Lego I gatrhered small Warhammer and Anima Tactics collection) and cheap tiny chinese brushes from Aliexpress. Tomorrow I may do little guide with photos. Also I use nailcleaner with acetone to wash some facial paint.

    Cool, I like the front view espesialy! I think it would be also nice to add small shelf-like upper floor or attic on inner side :)

    Oh there's my favourite building opening mechanism! Nice, I also think it would be okay to leave back side wihtout wall for better inside view. :)

    Hello! I had enough minidoll doubles, and I there's not much citizens in my elven kingdom. Sets present some locations, but when main heroes go out, that places look abandoned. So I made some new characters to fix that :) Here's from left to right: Kauri, elf of air. He is happy owner of Farran's precious head and huge violet dreads :) He is crew of airship and Skyra's assistant. Rina, wood elf in armor. I think she is warrior of forest and goblins make her very angry. She constantly keeps her eyes for Treetop Hideaway. Limi, wood elf. Just a peace inhabitant in village with Secret Marketplace :) May be she is a gardener or works in fruit shop :) Flaria, fire elf and powerful magician, lives in the village. At first I wanted to make a male elf, but male head looks not good with Aira's hair. Other views: I added some details with milliput, it's very handy for such work, it don't need baking for hardening. For painting I use Citadel colors. Feel free to share this images anywhere :) P.S. I don't sure if I post it in right place of the forum :( But all discussions about Elves are here so I decided to do this way.

    Can't wait for new sets! I'm little sad that there will be only two summer sets, but in other hand even on prelims they look awesome with cool new details and there's many sets with my favourite white/gold color scheme in this year. Thanks to Euphorine ;) Also it's cool that Noctura and her bat army have lot of battle vehicles - the chariot, catching machine with web, little zeppelin and may be something big and flying - seems like we may gather evil fantasy motorised batlion :) Not so epic like Nexo have, but with it's own style :)) Only disappointing thing for me is that there's no new male characters :( And at last I get Skyra's Castle! A liittle used, but in good condition :)

    It's really intresting how you used detail from that sets! MOCs with limited number of parts sometimes have cool combinatoins of them

    Yes! But I see only two chains, may be in second half of the year another part of Noctura's tower wound appear? It seems it have flapping function that is similar to Airship

    Hoorah ! New official images! I really like this sets, I'm glad that this year theme appears in clean and bright colors again! Lumia's house may be is most intresting thing to me - I see it's structure imitates small flying islands, and new character have really awesome design - white hair with brown skin. And even vehicles of small critters seems much finely that goblins had. I'm waiting for new images with more details. The skepticism about repeating past ideas is quite strange for my opinion, because, in first, there's some differences in design and overall mood - creatures look like magical beings or so with lots of transperent details, and heroes have printed light armor and composite wepons (I hope we'll get minidoll armor once!) and in second - this is fourth year of series, and children who get grown might not meet elves sets before, so this would be probably their first meeting with it, and I sure, new sets can meke strong first impression. Offtop - two days ago I've got used Skyra's castle, hoho! It's awesome.

    I like that every of three levels (cave, ground and treetop) have it's style, and how tree is combined with architecrure. But most of all I impressed how you made ceiling of the cave! How did you inverted that pieces upside down?
