  1. It'll be the last day of your life if you don't get down here and help me fix this damn engine! Have you seen my hammer? I've looked and looked and all I found was a large blue bucket that smelt of clams and crap!
  2. About time. How can one work when they are so hungry?! Kraken? They don't exist; you've been drinking too much Capt'n :-D
  3. He can't; he is already down one tech! 8-|
  4. Ooops! :-$ We're in trouble now.... Well, I really like it. I thought it was there as a reference and had already been discussed so I didn't comment on it. Sorry. Like SW4J I think the overhead beams are a nice touch, and the lights and decorations are excellent.... but it all looks too wooden to me. I think it would suit a sail boat better. I'm in even more trouble now, aren't I?
  5. I voted for Nautica, but Divers came a close second, and I feel that the current range could become the best if there are more sets..... :'-)
  6. As you say O Captain, my Captain!
  7. Congrats on your promotion. *sweet* Nice story too. I love the office, especially the flag. What set is that computer piece from? Indeed. Methinks Mr. Mandalorian might be doing some sniveling and begging himself soon. :-P
  8. Well sir, I am working on making a replacement rear left universal engine piston timing valve-o-meter from a spare that was designed for the left front. Thus I need to reverse almost every part. This takes time. I could have it going in 10 hours, but it is hard to be sure.
  9. Wow! I love it. *sweet* That is pretty darn good for an hour or so. I like the Enterprise as well. (Which one is it? ;-) ) I would still be sorting bricks if I was making it... :-$ My only complaint is it looks too clean! :-P I was going to reply earlier but I decided that I wanted to post some engine room photos to demonstrate. However, it turns out that they are all film photos. >:-( The best I could find was a shot of some valves and lagging. :-$ Gee thanks. :-$ For that you get an extra picture; me working on my old Radar. :'-) I used to really get into my work. X-D :-D :-P ....... 8-| :-$
  10. I speak two languages; English and Irish. Please pick one. Bloody foreigners.
  11. Well that is something I plan to do. I have a lot of broken parts because during my Dark Ages I stupidly gave my lego away. (I bought it back later!) Most are useless now due to bent edges and I plan to square up them. That is about as far as I would go. My attitude is that if you want to build things with custom or modified pieces, just do kit bashing. Once you lose the re-usable nature of Lego you might as well be using something else. But that is just me.
  12. Noooo, not a dilithium crystal! They have to be the most overused plot device of the original series. :-|
  13. Oddly, at $150 AUD it is an OK deal. 8-| With all that dark red *wub* in it I am interested...
  14. OK, OK, I'm back. With a full bottle *sweet* ....and one that mysteriously emptied while I was on my way back. 8-| Could you ease up on the "Scotty" stuff a little Capt'n? I better get back to the engine room. Plenty of work to do today. Ya know, I'm really looking forward to that Stillman's fish tonight....
  15. Just make sure it is realistic and doesn't have an unlimited power source. You know I don't like those! :-D
  16. Your wish is my command Capt'n. This one is only a quarter full; I was using it heavily for de-greasing. No word on the engine yet. I'm doing my best, but without Jack it's slow going. I'll go forward and get another for you; you seem oddly sober; you aren't singing as much... not that I like the singing, please Capt'n.... please? This ship is so quiet now and it goes though the whole ship! :-X
  17. Well I'll be working on the engine for at least the next six hours. It gets pretty noisy down there so don't expect me to respond to much. :-P Why I am fixing this darn tub myself, when I am the Chief Engineer, is quite beyond me. *grumbles off into the distance again*
  18. Don't be worrying Sir. I'm on the job. I'll try to jimmy up the engine. I've seen worse, although I've never had a worse mechanic than Jack, where is he? I haven't seen him for days. Why when I was in the RN people were..... *Trails off in the distance*
  19. Beats me. He does have a tendency of running off and looking at dirty magazines. Well, I better get to it. You may not hear from me for a while. ;-)
  20. I believe it was an art project and nothing to do with TLC.
  21. I sure am, when I am stressed I find it helps! :-) However there are other solutions... off to the forward bilge for more tools!
  22. Updated O Captain, my Captain! ;-)
  23. I reccomend it. It is a great set. *wub*
  24. Welcome to Eurobricks. I like your sigfig.
