If it did, there would be nothing exclusive with the UCS TIE pilot, kinda like the UCS Boba vs the Carbon Freeze Boba.

I mean, the only other Quinlan and most recent Luminaria were in the god-awful Clone Wars style, imo, the figures are a welcome addition to the cinematic Jedi characters.
-
I agree on pretty much all those points. I'm considering using these legs once I get my hands on the new Dengar: http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=970c120pb05&name=Hips%20and%20Dark%20Brown%20Legs%20with%20SW%20Armor%20Neimoidian%20Warrior%20Pattern&category=%5BMinifig,%20Legs%20Assembly%5D#T=S&C=88&O={"color":88}.

Not a fan of the hat tbh, but considering the after market for the other two scarecrows a new one is welcome

Looks good, though I'm curious how it would look with sand blue hands to match
-
I would just use the legs from the First Order snowtroopers
-
They make black legs with white boots, which I think would work with the official Rex better than gray anyway. Maybe give those a try, cause those decals are looking rather nice.
-
It looks like they've given Sato tan skin, yet Ezra and Sabine are still so inaccurate Regardless, I think this is a fine set, nothing too special but I'm a fan of new ships.

Man, Lego is spoiling us with these clear dome Astros. Not that I'm complaining
-
Thanks! Still trying to pick up a 2013 Palpatine head, but do you possibly have any ideas for better legs?
-
What would you suggest as the color of his flight suit? Lego's standard yellow always stood out to me as too bright, but I can't think of a better alternative

A hand full of small updates: http://i.imgur.com/zbbTCwg.jpg Bespin characters, featuring a custom cape from capes4minifigs http://i.imgur.com/tNd5d1k.jpg Dengar with Clumsy Guy's Bandage, Gen. Rieekan with The Doctor's face, and an updated Shuttle Pilot http://i.imgur.com/oHSgsuw.jpg Palpatine with fuller robes and Updated Naboo Pilot/Custom Ric Ollie http://i.imgur.com/pL8cxsq.jpg Not-exactly-purist Scout and Leia with duel molding

The whole process probably took about an hour. I used a combination of rubbing alcohol and an eraser.
-
If anyone is interest in going the "non-purist" route, I've removed the printing on these: http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=970c00pb475&idColor=1#T=S&C=1&O={"color":1}, to give Hoth Leia white legs with gray boots. Also, thanks for the tip
-
You assemble them, so they're technically still construction sets. IIRC, there needs to be X number of pieces before it's acceptable and a minifigure line wouldn't meet that criteria
-
I never even considered this, but that's a very valid point
-
I mean, for $30 tho, those light-up figs are a nice novelty.
-
This comes to mind: http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=970c00pb475&idColor=1#T=S&C=1&O={"color":1}

Thanks, and it actually didn't take too long, I just used a slightly rougher eraser.
-
A few small, mostly purist changes to the official 2013 figure: Sorry for the crummy quality Arms come from the Monster Scientist, and the legs are Syndrome's with most of the print rubbed off. Backpack to give him a neck, and everything else is official.

Now I understand the extent of your love for Imperials Fantastic work!

Fenom replied to DarkKnight7's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
The actual name is "Spider-Gwen". Pink Arachnid is due to copyright I believe -
