    Shang-Chi was SO good and it makes me sad that then LEGO sets really didn't do it justice, especially the minifigures. I hope we do get more next year the way they did with the Spider-man movies

    Light grey feels like an odd choice, but I guess it's one of those situations where the original color was in between Lego's available palette. Also, it's a shame his forehead stone isn't blue.

    When was Robbie Robertson deconfirmed? With Lego's recent attempt to represent more characters of colour I'd be expecting more not less POC characters to be in this.

    I'm so glad it can fit all the members of the Bad Batch! I wish they'd found a way to leave room for Omega too, but this is still great. And the figures look amazing

    I'd be really happy with Monica as the third WV figure, but it is sad that we won't get Agatha... :(

    Based on this news, What If better be an amazing series...It does feel somewhat limiting that Lego has now switched to 12 characters per series if we are only getting 2 from TFATWS. Oh well, I guess many of the other characters in the series besides Walker wear clothes that can be somewhat approximated from existing prints.

    You're right, I guess I was hoping we might get some of the supporting characters like Monica Rambeau, John Walker, or Karli. Oh well, a whole CMF series is still a very positive step!

    this is exciting, although 4 series seems like a lot of characters for a 12 minifigure series. I wonder if it'll be 3 from each series, or unevenly distributed.

    Honestly, I'm pretty happy with the rumoured two minifigs. I've managed to collect most characters I want without having to pay hundreds of dollars for UCS models, and I think it works that way. New and exclusive characters could always go in regular sets or the play based MBS set (which we should be getting next year?)

    I agree, I STILL haven't been able to find a 501st battle pack so I imagine lego would want to milk that set for as long as possible before replacing it with something else. I hope we get something to fill out some of the gaps in the Mando wave, just one dark trooper in a whole wave doesn't seem like very much.

    If this is true, I'm thrilled that we will be getting the whole Mando "crew", at least aside from Koska Reeves who I hope we get eventually.

    I voted for Ahsoka but I'd probably be happy with Jar Jar too... I don't think the prequel generation hates him as much as the older star wars fans do

    Wow, all the reveals today were so exciting!! I'm still recovering from all the announcements. Speaking of the announcements and bad Batch trailer, wasn't there a leaked helmet ages ago? Do we know what happened to that and when a Bad batch set would be coming out—it'd have to be 2HY right, unless they release it at a weird time (close to the bad batch series launch) like they did with the Razor Crest?

    I have to believe that regardless of the poll result, they'll release Ahsoka as a Brickhead. She's the most well loved Star Wars character outside of the main movie leads and Baby Yoda. Also and maybe the poll will also be used as a way to gauge interest for other sets.

    This discussion is making me excited for whatever's coming in the second part of next year! They don't have any tie-in movies to cover and they've already done the typical re-dos like an X-Wing and TIE...so the next wave will hopefully include some of this stuff ?Prequel/TCW/Mando minifigures please

    I like the idea of connecting the modulars through storytelling - there was a police officer in the Detective's Office too, maybe there could be a continuation of that set's illicit cookie smuggling story

    I'd rather not get into a discussion about the merits or flaws of police, rather was pointing out Lego seems to avoid creating controversies or backlash (e.g. they haven't re-made Java's Palace, they make socially conscious statements etc) so this would perhaps be uncharacteristically risky for them if this leak is actually true.

    It feels like a strange decision to make a police station... I know Lego says the police sets do well, but I was under the impression that was because of kids liking the police playsets as opposed to AFOLs who (generally) don't focus on the 'play' aspect of the modulars. Plus the police are far more controversial than any of the other modular subjects we've had so far, so it seems like a poor decision that they'd choose to release it knowing there might be blowback. Lego posted a strong BLM statement this year so we know they're at least somewhat aware of the political and cultural climate they're operating in.

    I'm excited for the sets but I still feel disappointed about the minifigure selection and agree with people who wanted some new characters instead of rehashes. Also if Lego didn't insist on using the wrong skin tone for Cho, all of the characters included would have light nougat heads. Meanwhile the Slytherin book could have had Blaise Zabini, and we still haven't gotten Lee Jordan or Angelina Johnson (or the Patil twins outside of the Yule ball). I hope the rest of the 2021 sets gives us some new characters

    Has there been any discussion about how the WB license affects what they can make? I imagine that might also pose some restrictions on making book-only scenes/locations/character (unfortunately)

    I just extracted the image from IG and it looks like 3187 to me! I can't take credit for it, that was my friend who guessed it ? And looking at the slightly higher quality image, it does look a little more like a Saurin

    Could that guy next to the devil be Elis Helrot? (deep cut, but the outfit seems kinda similar and the face is quite pale)

    That was fast...I'm glad we're getting 3 Modal Nodes! And Wuher makes an appearance. That looks like Garindan next to the troopers, right? And does anyone know who the two on the right are, above the stormtroopers?
